Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

But to be honest the room showed its age, with some minor things that would easily make it more modern like a new lampshade (this one was cracked) and some new cabinet doors (paint was peeling off due to shower humidity). Small investment that would help it a lot. Only thing that I didn’t like was the amount of daylight in the room, but that’s something that is obviously not their fault since a huge new apartment building was built on the other side of the street in 2022. Furthermore the neighborhood had some dodgy people hanging around, but I didn’t feel unsafe.
Very large, almost apartment like room. With separate bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was big and had everything you would need. Refrigerator was bigger than what I have at home! Two tv’s for those who love watching television from the couch or in bed. Big AC unit in the bedroom. The airport bus service 747 stops right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I will definitely reconsider this place if I ever return to Montreal.

CanadaThe inside of the tub is quite narrow, which made me concerned about slipping. There was someone cooking around midnight and there was a strong burning smell in our unit (through the range hood). The Teflon pan was scratched enough to avoid using it (difficult to make burgers in a sauce pan, but we managed)
The view (12th floor) and location were excellent. The comfort was top notch (the bed & bedding, the couch, the location of the furniture, and the 2 TVs). It was quiet so I did get much needed relaxation. The staff were very attentive and our housekeeper was fantastic (even I can't make up a bed like that) :)

CanadaIf you're paying $150 or less per night than it's amazing value for money. Higher, I would probably go to a place that's a little more high quality for that price.
I like that the big windows open so you can get fresh air and the AC works pretty well and is fairly clean. The rooms are spacious. The two main desk people are so nice and just smart. They have common sense and can problem solve. They're very reasonable and are not rude if your french is awful. They even let you practice.

CanadaThe air conditioning was overpowering and right next to the bed. It would have been nice to place it at a distance so anyone sleeping would not be getting a direct blow of cold air.
We had booked the queen studio suite and it was perfect for a short trip . It had all the amenities we were looking for , sofa bed, kitchen, microwave, utensils for cooking. The bed was also very comfy. The suite was clean and they had even provided all necessary toiletries.
