The one slight downside about having kitchens is the smell of different food throughout the hotel. We didn’t use the kitchen, but our floor and room had a persistent smell of garlicky food even with all the windows open. Hotel definitely felt aged and could use some refreshing. fresh paint, caulking, hardwood flooring instead of carpet, tile grout cleaning, updated bathrooms with better lighting. Water pressure wasn’t great. Also would’ve liked a luggage stand.

Great value location right in between old town and other neighbourhoods. Close to transit. Staff were friendly, parking was convenient. And pet friendly so we were able to bring our pup! We stayed in a queen suite on the 2nd floor. We were able to open the sliding glass door and bedroom window for fresh air. The AC also worked very well. Rooms are spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen besides the fridge, but it was fully stocked. A couple dishwasher tabs, paper towels and dishcloths were provided. Bring your own dish soap for the sink.

Near the track, plenty of accommodations in the room, including kitchen, and staff was terrific. Easy to get to from the airport, via bus 747, and easy to get to track via metro.

Ongoing work right near the entrance was a bit of a hassle. The rooms are quite old fashioned. Bare minimum toiletries provided.

Very convenient location walkable to many restaurants and sights. Paid underground parking available - was easy to find a spot. Decent kichen with full sized fridge, stovetop, coffee maker and microwave was a big plus.

The room could have used a little more sprucing up. The kitchenette floor/carpet connection needs to be redone. Frayed carpet. I would just recommend that dusting of the walls also be done & ensure there is no remnants of the previous tenants left in the room. (a piece of towel paper was covering the air conditioner monitor thing near the ceiling. They probably thought there was a camera in it. Also one of the elevators was not working. We were on the 12th floor, so a bit inconvenient, unless you're a fireman keeping in shape. ;)

The staff were all very friendly. Good location. Clean & comfortable bed. Loved the corner suite.

After hours it felt a little unsafe in the area closer to the hotel, getting in and out of parking is hard after checkout.

I had to pay 30 CAD when i requested an early check-in I paid 250 CAD deposit and it's not refunded to me yet (checked-out on the 21st of April and today we are the 15th of May 2024 )

The hotel location was very good in the city center,closed to everything,shopping malls ,touristic attractions ,shops,etc... The kitchen made our life easy as we could cook our meals. Laundry was free ,and you can borrow kitchen appliances from the reception at a deposit fee of 50 CAD,

I’m struggling to find something. The furniture was a little old-fashioned. But so am I.

This is an exceptional place to stay: not posh, not expensive, but functional and cleverly designed. For half the price of an expensive hotel , you have twice the space, well maintained, clean, with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and 24 hour friendly reception staff. It’s as if someone sat down and thought, « What should I provide if I was going to run a successful mid-price set of apartments? » and they really cared that they got it right. We arrived, our studio was clean, with reasonable cooking equipment, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, large clean room, air con, wifi (that works!) bathroom. Ok, the furniture looks a little old-fashioned, but everything works. The free laundry was a great touch. Well done to the owner and staff. Great place. Thanks.

It was a nice small hotel with friendly and efficient staff - and appropriate facilities for a business stay of one week. Snacks could be purchased, the laundry room was free of charge, and the small gym. The kitchen corner was well equipped. The neighbourhood is gentrifying, but the location was perfect for walking across the different parts of downtown Montreal.

I didn’t like the weird smell in the hallway outside of our room or the fact the some outlets in the room did not work

I liked how quiet the hotel was, that it had a fitness centre and laundry room and everything needed for kitchen use.
