Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaParking is not included and also can be hard to get. There's limited parking in front of the building but there's underground parking as well. There's 2 floors for the parking lot but space is quite limited as well. Noises from hallway can he heard inside the room as well.
Location is great. Breakfast is pretty good. Room is spacious and comfortable.

The view of the citadel or water front were excellent. Proximity to down town and services. Front desk staff were responsive to an early check in and a request to change room.

Good location, breakfast included (and a better than average breakfast), staff was attentive, room was clean, there was a sink, microwave and a good mini fridge. Room is spacious. I also liked the terrace.

CanadaHalls were very noisy at night, could hear people in the room below us from presumably a hole in the floor somewhere? It was like they were in the room with us. Parking was very expensive and not guaranteed even if you paid for it due to them admitting that they don't have enough parking for every guest.
