Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaBreakfast was basic; wish the hours were longer over the weekend so guests could sleep in and still enjoy breakfast. Also, we requested a late check-out, which was approved the night before, but we had housekeeping knocking on our door early to leave - the front desk had not communicated with housekeeping and we had to leave earlier.
We liked that there is a pool, the staff is quite friendly, location is convenient, internet is quick and reliable and parking is free.

Breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever had, boiled eggs and uncooked sausage. There was no fresh milk, bread had to be run three or four times though toaster in order to get get toast.

IrelandUnfortunately there is definitely damp on the second floor corridor. They blast aircon to try keep it fresh smelling, but that sour smell is unmissable. Its not in the rooms and all other facilities are lovely. Feels like a nice hotel in need of some tlc.
The staff are really lovely, like staff from a 5 star hotel, however much they are paid it's not enough! Also the pool and hot tub are really great and the rooms themselves are super comfy.
