You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaGreeting was far from friendly Was advised they lock the doors at a certain time to keep 'the street people out'. Not very comforting leaving your vehicle street parked after hearing that. Overall lacking maintenance and upkeep
Room was comfortable, quiet, and we had a good sleep. Fridges in the kitchenette were big and provided enough room for everything you'd need

CanadaThere was no A/C for two days and the room was a sweat box- I ran out of towels and had to go down to get some. The stairs were hard to climb and slippery, I was put on the third floor with no elevator

Veey clean room, housekeeping did a good job. The hotel appeared to be recently renovated, modern furnishings, kitchenette with a large sized fridge was a bonus. Good value for the money

CanadaThere was hair in my bed, coffee pot was broken, the towels are really old and gross (looks like they haven’t been washed in forever), didn’t even wanna use them so didn’t even have a shower. The window in the room didn’t shut so it was very cold. There was Brillo by the sink so obviously someone smoked drugs. All in all not happy
