Room was 27c when I arrived after a very long flight from Australia. Would have been nice if the room had been pre cooled. Also, had drama for first 2 days with AC setting once it was turned off ...had to get maintenance to fix numerous of times.

Room was big. Fantastic view of City & English Bay. Bed was very soft & comfortable but may not be good for your back if u r use too a firmer bed. Lounge great to just have a wine & look out over the city. Central located, close to lots of restaurants.

My son and I were on the 28th floor with an awesome view. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds. Room is very spacious. Washroom’s very nice and clean. The property is situated where there are many restaurants, shops and transportation is accessible right in front of the hotel. Staff at the reception desk was very helpful, friendly. Highly recommended!

Location was close to cruise port. It was one of the stops on the HopOnHopOff bus. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Reasonably priced in comparison to many other hotels.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was updated with a walk in shower, and still quite nice. The biggest drawback to our stay here was the in-the-wall A/C unit. It was so loud when it ran that it would wake us up at night. Ear plugs and a pillow over my head couldn't even keep the noise out. We opted to keep the balcony door open and contend with early morning street noise rather than run the A/C. I'm sure this would only be an issue during the Summer months.

We had a corner room with a sitting area. It was quite large by hotel standards. Beds were very comfortable, with a good pillow selection. Closet space was great. The hotel was centrally located and close to great shops and restaurants. Nothing was more than a 15-minute walk in any direction. We never needed the car. Elevators ran quickly, especially being such a tall hotel (around 30 floors).

Overwhelming smell of chlorine from the pool/spa. I could smell it in the lobby sometimes and definitely when the elevator doors opened for that floor. I didn't even bother going there because of that. The restaurant in the lobby was underwhelming. Was excited they had a vegan option for breakfast but it turned out to be super salty which took away the flavor of the great ingredients. Ordered the vegan donut holes and sent them back because they were literally saturated with oil which was obvious when they were being brought to the table. They were dark and looked nothing like how a donut normally looks. I cut one in half and it was totally wet inside from being saturated with oil. Zero fluff. Completely inedible. And like many hotels, the internet was not great.

Great/convenient location, super nice staff and comfortable and clean hotel. Shuttle for Capillano Suspension Bridge Park picks up right in front, walking distance to Stanley Park and plenty of places to eat nearby. Best of all was having Breka Bakery and Cafe steps away. I went there every day! And, I loved that they had a nice , filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Didn't have to buy bottled water. I used that amenity a lot. The area is very nice and many of the nearby streets were lined with cherry blossom trees in full bloom. I walked almost everywhere, but bus lines can take you down Robson. I only used Uber/Lyft to get to attractions out of the area.

One of things that I love on this property is the ambience and how relaxing the area. This place made my stay in Vancouver extra special because I know that when I come home after long walks I have a nice and clean room to enjoy. I also loved that they booked our room on level 26! 💗.I also appreciate how convenient the hotel with attractions and food restaurants. When it comes to customer service, they are very friendly and accommodating.
