Nice and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodative. I will definitely recommend this place and will stay there again while my next trip to Montreal. Everything (walls, windows, floor and ceiling), except the doors, has excellent sound insulation. What is more important for travelers is the accessible and, I hope, safe parking.

The parking spots are a little small. The boulevard divider limits access/egress somewhat. And I mistakenly thought that breakfast was included in the price. That would have been proper. Also, why is that hotels/motels don't provide a channel guide for television viewing?

The bed and pillows were exceptional! Water pressure was great! Location was perfect for us, as we have on going family commitments at that end of the city. Very clean, bright, quiet, and modern looking!

Although we did see two very nice housekeepers, there was one other lady that looked really angry to us! Also, the front desk staff could have been more pleasant. But perhaps that's got to do with the area, i.e. Downtown locations probably got warmer service??

THOUGHT BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED AS DID OTHER GUEST. SELECTION WAS SO SO AND WASN'T WORTH THE PRICE, SO WE WENT OUT TO EAT. SMELL OF GARBAGE/TRASH WHEN EXITING REAR DOOR. FRONT DESK NEEDS TO EXPLAIN TO GUEST HOW TO GET THROUGH THE GATE AFTER MIDNIGHT. HAD TO GO INSIDE AND ASK FRONT DESK. SOME OF THE RUGS IN CORRIDOR NEED REPLACING ON THE FLOORS. BACK AREA OF SHOWER WAS SLIPPERY. NO MICROWAVES IN THE HOTEL. TV WAS AWFUL SMALL

I came back from work day 1- dirty cups still on side dresser and coffee mark not cleaned, no coffees or creamer packs,-asked for at front desk and was told they don’t have any or have access to them ( found odd as I ran a BW in Ontario and front desk had a drawer of supplies) coffee was in the lobby 24-7. Day 2- 630am went down to get coffee from lobby - no coffee! Came back after work and coffee cup and pop cup and coffee stain are still on side table nothing wiped down yet( have photos if needed) and soap and shampoo bottle are still in shower from Monday night( this is Wednesday). Bed was not changed at all during visit just remade.

The breakfast was good - about $11 per adult. The usual buffet style. Had to charge the meal immediately vs charging to my room account. I quite enjoyed it.

The location wasn’t ideal, quite a long way from the city. Breakfast should be included at that price level, very poor to then have to pay extra for an average breakfast.

We just didn’t like the fact about the shower. It was not convenient with children. It would of been nice if we could remove the shower and use as hand held shower.
