Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe were disappointed in the condition of our room. For example, the bathtub had some kind of repair glued to the surface which was dirty…probably there for awhile. The rug was dirty. This room needs a refit!

CanadaWe were next to the laundry and it was noisy early in the morning. The pool was pleasant but the steps were difficult to go up and down. There was no Jacuzzi room as requested in reservation.
We didn't eat at the hotel. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the rather high cost of accommodation. The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient.

CanadaNo breakfast included, bath towels were small, had to bring your small bath towel to the pool and go to front desk to get more. Didn't get notified that the college got a group deal until the week before the event and we booked our room months earlier hotel policy is prepay and no refunds so we paid double for the room and they refused to give us any compensation since we paid so far in advance; not even like half off a second night. I am very disappointed in this service as I frequent Best Westren Hotel often, and my best friend is moved to North Bay.

CanadaThe cost of our accommodation quoted by booking.com was not the total which is what we normally experience when we book. Whenever I check into my motel I know the exact cost based on my booking. However I was quoted 319.98 for the Best Western and had to pay 376.04. It was for 2 nights. My family used booking.com and stayed for 3 nights and did not pay much more than we did. She did not experience the surprise price difference. I like to know the full cost when I book for my budgeting purposes. I will monitor this and explore other booking agents if needed,
We had breakfast in the connected restaurant called Farina. It was very good and amazing price. Staff were very busy but very pleasant. We usually stay at a motel that breakfast is included
