We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I love that Best Western is always dog friendly. They have a great included breakfast and the rooms were lovely. I appreciated being on the ground floor with our dog! Communication was fabulous and they answered every question quickly and thoroughly.

United KingdomThe hotel is a little way out of Golden. I knew this when I booked it and It’s hard to get a hotel which is close to the bus stop and also close to Golden town centre.
Nice stay with nice friendly staff (one even gave us a lift to the hill when our bus didn’t show as they were going anyway!). Good breakfast and close to the bus stop for our onward travel to Banff.

CanadaStayed in a two queen sized room. Beds were comfy, quiet room. No traffic noise. Lots of room and added touches like bench, fridge, microwave, armchair with ottoman. Hot breakfast and coffee/cookie service was great. Also appreciated having coin laundry. Great stay and had all the conveniences needed for a trail running event or hiking.

CanadaSounded/ looked like the hotel was fully booked up so there was clearly not enough seating room for breakfast. We were lucky to get a seat when we arrived. Also some of the food had run out 15-20 minutes before closing time. Was sad that they didn't refill it even though people were still streaming in and it would have been eaten.
Excellent stay at the hotel. Room was great. Breakfast had a decent selection. We arrived late in the evening. The lady at check-in was lovely. The location in Golden is excellent because it can be a jumping off point to enter Alberta (Banff, Lake Louise).

United States of AmericaOnly two luggage carts. There were families with copious quantities of stuff and they seemed to keep their stuff on the carts for hours while they waited for who-knows-what. Staff shouldn't allow this.
There was a room available, since I booked earlier in the day. The TV worked well and the staff was able to provide change for the washing machine, from US bills! Super nice of them.

Ideal stopover to break up our journey from Jasper to Vernon. Nice big room. Pool looked good (no time to try it!). Decent breakfast. Only a few minutes drive (walkable) to small town and restaurants. Eating options near hotel.
