The staircase needed work. The outside need more maintenance but the rooms were very nice.

The room was spacious. It is not advertised but they offer you a very limited breakfast. Rooms are clean, bathroom clean

They need to work on their housekeeping. the refrigerator in my room was not working properly. I had to throw out some of my food that got spoiled

They don't have a variety of options for breakfast to choose from. My children love their pool.

The breakfast took really long. It looked like the restaurant was understaffed. We ended up not getting breakfast even if it was included in the amount we paid

There is an unsafe counter top in room 115. It fell on the floor in front of my 6 year old granddaughter. I called the front desk to request help lifting it but they never came. It is a very heavy table that rests on another counter. Very unsafe. Our room was only made up one of my 4 days. I had to request facecloths

AC did not work in first room, second room barely kept room cool, no satellite or cable TV, no enough electric extensions, thus we had to buy extra plug in extensions, there were homeless people sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot, people doing drugs behind the building.

Room had spiders, I killed 4 while there. Toilet lid was loose. Door didn't close proper. Lights didn't work. Looked like room was under construction. I asked for extra pillows and blanket in the evening, and was told none were available. Not very happy. But for $100 a night in miagars falls, guess what should I expect. I did address issues to staff, but nothing came of it

Noisy little bit but manageable. Our door lock was broken or not working properly. Anyway, the door was not able to open from outside. AC was making noise. Overall, it is ok for stay.

I don’t say anything for good things because nothing exciting. Overall it is ok to stay for one or two nights.

It was not cleaned when we checked in it was dusty, the floor was yucky, the pillow and pillow case has lipstick stain, it seems that someone peed on one of the corner of the room, you can see gummy on the floor that was there probably for ages. There was no garbage can in the bathroom and the floor was wet around the toilet bowl. We requested to change all the sheets but only gave us 1 pillow case and 1 duvet cover for 2 beds. Sucks!

It’s alright just a few minutes drive to the falls.

No breakfast..the floor is dirty and dusty including tables when we get inside..Linens have stain and looks they didn’t change after the other who use it..No toilet paper and or tissue box..My kids didn’t like the smell…

there was nice room with clean linen, lacking ln some linen for two upon arrival but quickly bought it. there was a coat rack but nothing provided to hang the coat. Only one cup for coffee but two coffee packs for the coffee maker.

The room was dirty. The door to the room needs to be wiped clean on the inside, especially by door nob.The bathroom mirror and door were not cleaned from previous guests. The light switch in the bathroom needs to be wiped down. Pillows smelled badly of cigarette smoke (we don't smoke). There is a stain (rust maybe) on the floor by the window that looks like it could be cleaned with some elbow grease and soap as it is not a carpeted floor.

Location was close to where we needed to be in the city. Man at the front desk was pleasant.

Receptacle in the washroom had no cover plate. Electrical hazard. Being an electrician. No kleenex in the room. Had to use toilet paper to clean my glasses. Room not clean. Found a receipt 8 days old on the floor plus some dirt. No plastic glass for brushing your teeth. Holes in the wall.

Broken glass and cigarette butts all over the ground. Bed skirts are ripped and falling on the floor. Not enough towels.
