Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThe AC was a bit louder so we were switching it off for the night - but we could have the window open, living on 16th floor. Sherbrooke Rue is a bit loud even in the night, but again - that is absolutely logical with the respect to the position of the hotel :)
We enjoyed the location - close from 747 bus coming from airport, close to metro and walking distance to Place des Arts shopping mal as well as downtown as well Mont Royal. The accommodation is good - spacious room, all necessary in kitchenette and bathroom. The openable window and accessible balcony was great plus. I must appreciate the young staff that is very helpful and cooperative. Breakfasts are simple and same everyday, but totally corresponding to the price type.

CanadaThe window AC unit was loud when it came on, disruptive when trying to sleep. It was a warm weekend and we needed it, otherwise we would have turned it off for the noise.
We loved our two bedroom suite with pull out couch that suited our family of 5. It had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast in the morning was good. Location was near the event we attended but also restaurants and grocery stores

CanadaThe carpet and furniture seemed aged in the hotel rooms, but everything was clean and no issues when we checked in. If you’re sensitive to sounds bring some earplugs, you can hear some people through the walls at times (sneezing or coughing) or when someone starts the showers.
Close to the station and walkable distance to some areas in the old town. Very spacious rooms and a balcony! Breakfast was included and a good selection of pastry items, yogurt, fruits, cereals. Coffee, juices, tea and milk were available. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from Montreal’s Central Station.

It appears that the cleaning staff use the same gloves to clean both the toilet and the kitchen, even handling dishes and utensils without changing gloves. We need three separate sleep areas so good to find accommodation with two bedrooms and sofa bed in the lounge. Dining table enabled us to get food delivered to eat in the accommodation and relax watching a film after a day of sight seeing. Good breakfast.
