The layout of the room is a bit weird. There’s a curtain separates shower and bedroom.

The place was sparkling clean, the staff were super nice and the breakfast was great. Location is great, walking distance to all major spots.

Great location, walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was just as pictured very clean and comfortable breakfast was very good. Kevin and his wife were very hospitable. Will defintly recommend. Would definitly stay here agian.

Easy to locate, enough parking space to park your car properly, BnB is very clean. The room is spacious for two people, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast provided is delicious!

Room was exactly as described and the whole guest area was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again if I were in the area. Great location off the beaten path but within walking distance of all main attractions in the area.

We were disappointed not to meet the owners until breakfast, and then only one of them.

The room was small but well laid out - everything we needed. We didn't get to meet Kevin until breakfast, and then only briefly. We could see a woman with him in the kitchen but never had the chance to meet her. Kevin was kind and professional, we would have liked to meet them for a few minutes upon arrival, if that was possible.

Nothing really. The breakfast was great, I would have preferred to have been asked if I like what was on offer. I’m not a huge fan of eggs. Perfect for those that do.

It was clean and fresh. So near to the falls and no need to drive either.

What a great B&B we stayed here for two weeks at the end of August. Kevin and Anna have such a fantastic place nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay here again, and the breakfast was perfect didn't need to eat again till the evening. 😀

Kevin and Anna are extremely nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and cozy. The B&B is located walking distance from most main attractions. And the breakfast provided is fantastic and more than enough.

Easy walking distance to the falls, hosts were attentive yet unobtrusive. Incredibly clean house. Nicely appointed lounging area with coffee, tea and a microwave. Breakfast was plentiful and first rate. Good parking which is a bonus this close to the Falls and attractions.

The green room was a little on the small size but had all the accomadations needed and we out on the town most of the time and only needed a comfortable bed to sleep with a good breakfast which it was.

Anna and Kevin were accommodating with three days of different excellent meals for breakfast along with fresh fruit, home cooked blueberry muffins or croissant.

Kevin and Anna were fabulous hosts. They keep their home very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. I stayed in the yellow room, which was very comfortable. I also enjoyed having coffee, tea, and water available. There is a seating area outside and a living room for guests to use. Ambiance by the Falls is on a quiet street within walking distance of the Falls. Thanks for letting me leave my bag after check out time. I recommend staying here.

Like during our first visit (2018) everything we expected was there, great place for the money, warm owners, bountiful and delicious breakfast. Can’t beat the location, short walk to Clifton Hill, the falls and everything.
