There were no towels in the room, we had to ask. There is no laundry service. We went to the bar next to the pool to order some drinks, it was not possible, they did not have ice.

Front beach, nice pool and good location. The room was clean. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool, was perfect for her.

It is well lit (safe) but at night that makes the room glow in light. The main bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hard and I could feel the framing inside the mattress. The smaller bed was lovely. The restaurant and bar was somewhat opened which was confusing and didn’t meet any needs. Coffeemaker in the room but coffee not included.

The location is a few blocks away from the hubbub so it was quieter and right on the beach. The premises and room were clean. Everything worked. The pool is very nice and beautiful at night with the blue lights. Checking in got complicated and they handled it smoothly and professionally. Staff was busy working and handled things efficiently.

The curtains were not great and let in a lot of light. The bathroom was a bit run down and cramped but otherwise clean. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but nothing serious.

Great view and location, clean rooms and very lovely staff member on the front desk. Room was spacious and comfortable. The bar and pool area were convenient.

We stayed in the hostel during our stay except for one night when we booked a private room. The hostel was very basic but the private room was brilliant.

The location was amazing, the pool right next to the water was really nice and relaxing, definitely would go again.

We had the cutest little cabin right next to the pool and swim up bar. Beaches on the Caye aren't too swimmable because of the sea grass, but jumping off the dock in front is a great option. Also, sitting on our porch in the evenings, catching coastal breezes, was the best way to end a great snorkeling day. Staff were very friendly, especially Brittany. Just a lovely lady and insured everything was perfect.

No long mirror in the room No curtain at the window in the bathroom which for a tall person like me is not great especially using the bathroom at night with the light on. Room 3 Toilet was clogged twice once had to ask for maintenance to come. Bed is hard like a rock definitely couldn't sleep well at all never been on a bed that hard. Gotta spend 20 BZD to pay with card at the pool swim up bar.

Room was small with fuzzy TV and no other amenities. We would have like a water kettle but it was not available for our room despite the description saying there was one available.

Henry was a very good travel agent and booked us a snorkeling tour with Chris and Jorge. We had a fabulous time with them and swam with stingrays and nurse sharks. We snorkeled on the reef and at the coral gardens. Before heading in we spotted a manatee and fed the tarpons and pelicans. Henry also gave us island scoop and hooked us up with locals for other tours and cab service. He made our vacation great

Pool was closed most of our stay and we booked the place for the swim up bar.

Location of the hotel was great - close to the ferry, food, and convenience store. Pool was closed the day we got there and so was the swim up bar - nobody told us at the front desk when we checked in- we had to go ask. Rooms were clean and beds were ok. You can relax here - it's quiet. They do have happy hour when the pool is open.

Maybe the restaurant wasn't that appealing at first glance.other things is that room service wasn't at an expected schedule so once it was asked at 1pm and other day at 3pm. That was a little bit uncomfortable if you're at your room. Getting a door handle to tell if service is needed or don't would be mostly helpful.

It's located at the appropriate distance from all the restaurants and attractions, but lets you to sleep well well.

Hotel has space for an eating area but needs work to make it someplace recognizable as such. It never seemed to be actively open and felt like a project needing to be finished. Breakfast places down the road so maybe no incentive to make that a go.

Good location with access to the shore and dock. It is tucked away from the high traffic area so it's a bit quieter, but not so far from cafes, restaurants and grocery store. Also next to beach path that parallels main road through town.

Beds were uncomfortable, rooms very small as far as space to have luggage out and still maneuver. Had to switch rooms during reservation at hotel direction and second room was smaller and did not have a refrigerator as the first one did.

Great location on the beach. Very friendly staff.
