Room was very dated for a Wyndham. Service at dinner was slow. Food at breakfast was very slow, especially getting the eggs out.

Very dated property and overpriced . Not enough pool chairs, Old style air con, curtains covered most of the air flow.

The buffet breakfast was included in the price and had good options. Front desk was helpful and friendly. The pool as clean and huge. Room as decent and clean. outside the city center, and right on the ocean but with a sea wall so no beach. Very friendly and helpful breakfast staff.

Room outdated. Chair was torn and did not match color to foot stool. AC leaked at night so water on floor in morning. Bathroom definitely needs upgrade as no stopper for tub and showerhead was bad condition. Nothing like pictures on site

Ate dinner in the restaurant it took 40 minutes to get our dinner,service was slow,it was not busy two other couples were there.The dinner was not good,we had shrimp scampi,noodles were vere over cooked and the sauce was tasteless, we ate it because we were very tired from our trip but left the restaurant hungry.

The TV channels were local, our phone did not work, the breakfast to me was not good.

The location was great and we had an ocean view which made it more spectacular. I like that house keeping comes everyday. The property has so much to do inside as well like a Casion, movie theater, pool, bar, massages, poker, food. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

this was my second time staying there , I don't have much issues. It is not luxury but it is really doable for a night or 2 stay. Location is great as well.

The room wasn't ready, even though we checked in 3 hours after official check in time. Management seems to have too few staff members for too much work. We had no towels in our room and I didn't realise it until I was already undressed. Fail...also- the room had two double beds squeezed into it and there was hardly any room to move about or open a suitcase.

The view of the ocean was great. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was good and sufficient.

Expensive, drinks and food, restaurant didn’t open till 7am, early risers got no coffee. No machines in room. Pool closes at 730, went for a swim scary. No lights on pool. Security said there broke. Go out side to waterway. Nowhere to sit no benches one rickety fold up chair would never stay there again.

The location is good and it's a walking distance with little luggage to the pier for the boat ride to the islands.

The rooms were not as nice or clean as expected, and the food was very subpar for the price and cold when we received it.

We loved the check in lobby and the location. Very close to both airports and is water front. Also close to a shopping centre and food locations. The hotel itself had spa services, poker, pool, a movie theatre and more. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in!

Door keys kept giving issues for myself and my collegues. We had to keep reactivating them. This unfortunately meant us having to go back to the front desk after making the journey to our rooms. Also, the place could probably use a facelift within the next few years, just to keep up on quality and aesthetics.

Breakfast was a pretty basic continental variety. It included scrambled and boiled eggs, pancakes, toast, cereal, small cuts of cheddar cheese, ham slices, fruits, juice, and hot beverages. Based on what I experienced, it's the same menu each day. With such a small variety, this isn't somewhere I would look to have breakfast daily if I were staying for a week or more. The room was good. It had enough space for storing clothing if you're the type to unpack your suitcase. I had a view of the sea which I believe most if not all persons would based on where all the rooms are placed. The bathroom was clean enough and all the usual accessories were there, i.e., rag towel soap etc. The room also had a TV with enough stations to keep you occupied while in the room. The location is pretty ideal. Located close to some great restaurants/bars and the park which has street food as well as the best/most affordable gift shop I have ever been in. Overall, it is a good place to visit if you are traveling for business or planning to be out for most of the day on tours during your vacation. It has a pool, gym, and movie theatre to enjoy while you are there. Someone offering tours is also located in the hotel lobby which is convenient.

The rooms are a bit outdated and need an upgrade particularly the furniture. I had family staying at other hotels in the area and the rooms were more modern for either the same price or cheaper.

Staff was friendly especially the restaurant/bar lounge staff.

There was mold in the bathroom. The people working breakfast were extremely rude. My son would have loved some games after seeing the adult rooms.

The food was good. Portions were too big. Someone should have suggested we shared. The waitress at dinner the first night there was incredibly nice!!
