The reception staff, the room was basic for the money. We paid an upward of 500 CAD for a rundown room where the wall paint was chipping on our clothes. They even charged us an additional 50 bucks while checking in Which was never told to ya by booking.com The hotel had water leaking from everywhere and had towels kept to soak in the water on the floor. We honestly paid a bomb to live in a squalor of a place, enough to never want to return to Nassau. We couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel the next morning.

Absolutely nothing. The checking in staff was rude and at first pretty rudely told us our room isn’t ready . When we told them we have a cranky and tired toddler they said they can’t help. Then one of the staff members saw our child crying and actually urged the other one to look and instantly the room was ready. I then asked if they had a crib as I had requested and she blatantly denied. When asked why, she said they had a lot of demand. This is after I had put it in the notes. Never coming back to this place again.

Dinky coffee pot, no microwave, no program guide to tell you what’s on the TV, not easy to use remote.

Easy chair & ottoman, seating area w table, shower, fridge, clothing storage, plenty of elec plugs, location to West (Junkanoo) Beach, near to a jitney pickup corner.

Location is terrible right on the main big truck road route and massive noise and dirt all day literally an arms length away no letting up! M25 which is 6 lanes is quieter! Hotel was being refurbished so constant painting and decorating going on which included making one of the pool areas uninhabitable. Visitors should have been warned! Pools freezing never saw anyone swimming therein most Hotels in Bahamas heat their outside pool not here!

This hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and it is in a very good location, right across the street from the beach.

The constant incredibly noisy trucks why is that allowed along a lovely beach front they deliberately honk their horns and reverse up as they pass pathetically!!

Staff all really nice and particularly Kendera who was exceptional in helping us with a off site puncture situation

Only one place to eat in hotel and food was terrible. Hallways were littered with trash. Room had big spots of rust in bath and on floor; wooden door bashed in. Place felt very unsafe.

The hotel was undergoing upgrades while we stayed. The kid pool was closed for the duration of our trip but the other pool was open. The pool temp is quite cold.

Right across from the beach! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is tasty. Towels can be checked out for the beach.

The only thing wrong was if you wanted to go out you had to walk all the way around to front of hotel, as the gates at the front by the pool was locked,

Check in was quick, easy and friendly staff. Room was clean but wish it had a balcony so could sit outside for morning coffee. Breakfast had a good choice, and you once you ordered you sat and waited, the only down side , where you sat and ate your meals people was always walking past, it wasn’t a breakfast room but a space were people were coming past to use lifts, The beach was opposite the hotel, it got really packed when the cruise ships come in but was ok To hire a sun chair it was $10. Which is good because further alone the beach it was $100. For 2 chairs and umbrella for the day which is very pricey

Paid 320 USD for a room with seaview and ended up in the basement (room 105) with a conversation site in front of the room. AC terribly loud. The front desk said that it is fully booked, although on booking there were still 5 rooms available. Of course no refunds.
