Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was fantastic, less than 3 mins to get the the beach strip which was super convenient Room was really nice - just a little loud as you can hear neighbors and people in the hallways very easily - but otherwise it was just what we needed :) We found the staff lovely! We ordered a late night burger as our flight arrived late and it arrived within 15 minutes - super convenient

CanadaStaff were helpful and pleasant including letting us check in early and calling taxis. Front desk staff spoke excellent English. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good buffet breakfast and Wifi. The location was great - just one very short block from the beach, near many restaurants and shops and the area felt safe. Although many reviewers mentioned noise from other rooms due to thin walls our room was perfectly quiet.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel when we visited Rio. The price was affordable and still felt like luxury. The staff were very accomodating. We arrived really early on the morning of our check-in (6:00am) and our room wasn't ready yet until 3:00pm. We asked if we could check-in early and pay extra because we were really tired and it was no problem at all. They even threw in free breakfast for us that morning while we waited for the new room to be ready early. We were able to enter our room at 9am and it was very comfortable.

United StatesGreat hotel a block away from Copacabana Beach and a block from the Cardenal Arcoverde metro station. The staff is extremely helpful in providing information. There are attendants standing outside the door to assist guests and to enhance a feeling of safety. There are stores, restaurants, and rent-a-bike stations nearby. The hotel will store your bags if needed before or after checkout and if you arrive in the morning after a long flight, and a room is available, they may be able to accommodate you for a half-rate charge.

Russiathe room was quit compact so no space for luggage, but we had small ones. id add tea/coffee accessories but its also not critical. the only thing that bothered - our room was facing elevators so i could hear noise from that. but again, for this price its ok.
location was excelent, especially for this price. staff was extremely nice and helpful, english speaking. no problems at all. breakfast was good. they even offered beach towels.
