Few minor things that annoyed me: - No umbrellas on the rooftop terrace and no availability to borrow one at the reception. - No ironing set in the room. - Dirty floor in the room, seems like it’s not cleaned properly.

Nice staff, big room, separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful view over the city from the 20th floor rooftop. Very nice breakfast and hospitable staff!

The wifi was a pretty slow and struggled for my work video calls. The air conditioner units just outside the bedroom window were noisy. If these two things were fixed it would get a 10/10 rating.

Enormous, modern apartment with everything you need - even a washer/dryer machine. Amazing location in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Two supermarkets, two pharmacies, many restaurants and within 1 block distance and many more shops (tailors or costureiras etc.) and restaurants a few blocks away. Smartfit gym next door. The hotel gym is pretty decent too, but could use some bigger free weights/ dumbbells. Rooftop pool and sauna are great with amazing views!

This cleaning girl we had was very Animous towards us was the only problem we had On our arrival we created a lot of trash and left it outside of room she asked us to move it to the stairway We did but after that she never really liked us anymore and we continued to put all our trash in stairway daily for her Kind of a heavy girl

There is no stove/boiling pot/coffee maker

It is simple but clean. For the price you pay, it is worth it. It is like an apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 living-dining room (Pull bed sofa), 2 bathrooms, refrigerator, microwave, A/C in both rooms. (Plates/cups/glasses/silverware x 2 people). There is a pharmacy and supermarket next block where you can find everything.

Swimming pool had no shade. Swimming pool area could have more plants and trees to look more pretty and provide some shade. Also umbrellas. Some areas need a bit of maintenance like painting the walls on the roof top etc. TV in room only had Sky; no access to You Tube or other apps like Disney+ etc. or Netflix. Internet on new years eve stopped for several hours. Also stopped working again two days later. No cleaning products on arrival in the room. Had to buy them.

Great choice of options for breakfast and a pretty garden to look at from the breakfast room. Rooms have good amount of space and ensuite bathrooms were great. Supermarket next door very convenient.

We had to change rooms due to the air conditioner generator being located inside the bedroom windows which was loud and affected the view when curtains opened. The breakfast seems to have variety but is of poor quality. There’s nothing home made in the breakfast like bread or cakes. No tapiocas which are lovely pancakes from Brazil. Verde-mar, a supermarket next door has a lovely bakery and I would suggest to the hotel management checking out their products for something better quality if they are not making their breakfast themselves.

We had three different reservation in a month period, two rooms the mattress and linens and towels was old and not confortável, had to complain about it, them we got some better ones, but still wasn’t that nice! Shower water don’t heat very well too! Room service wasn’t good! Very disappointed this time with the place, I stay there in the pass and was much better them!

Wi-fi didn't work in my room. The signal from the router was too weak. This severely hindered my ability to work from the hotel. My towels were never changed in 3 nights.

The general state of the hotel is deplorable. I stayed there last year, but currently, the situation has gotten a lot worse. Since I arrived, I noticed that my simple request for the beds in the 2nd bedroom to be joined together into a double bed had not been observed. When I tried to take a shower, after more than 10 minutes waiting for the water to heat up, according to the instructions of the faucet, a maintenance person came and realized that the register had been installed backwards ; the doors creak, to the point that we had to buy lubricating oil in the market to stop the noise; the sheets were stained with something that resembled to be blood, and when we asked to have them changed, they informed us that there was no maid at that time, the doorframes were falling apart, there were many points of water leaks in all the apartments that we visited and to top it all off, the closet door practically fell on top of me, coming off in my hand. A total disregard in general maintenance. We changed apartments 3 times, until we found a habitable one, and before that, of them had a nearby apartment with a non stop barking dog at 10:30pm. Such a shame because it used to be a good place to stay.

The location and staff are good. The size of the apartment is satisfactory.
