Balcony a little overlooked by neighbour on one side, hairdryer, could do with a few more bowls in kitchen. Facial recognition took a long time to sort out due to our name being assigned to wrong room. All quite small things. Overall, an excellent stay.

The covered balcony was a Devine place to relax and have the apartment separate spaces that made it feel large and like you had extra rooms and places to feel at home.

super modern room with all amenities, no key needed, nice rooftop with pool open until 22:00, super nice location 5mn walking distance from Ipanema beach and 5 mn from the closest metro station to copacabana and centro, very reactive on whatsapp, can only recommend, we had a marvellous stay in Rio!

Great location and a nice comfortable spacious apartment. The controlled entry was very easy to use however I would recommend setting up the facial recognition to save you pulling out your phone for the access QR code late at night.

- I thought there would be a usable balcony based on the pictures. This was the reason I booked this spot so I felt a bit mislead. There was a balcony but it was not a place you could sit on.

Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and in a great location. We loved the pool! Miguel was so helpful, we did not meet but he was very easy to contact. It was expensive, but it was worth it for the quality and the pool. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen so you could save on food this way.

Ants in the water tank of coffee machine meant we didn't want to use it. Lots of mould in the bathroom. Tired pillows/linens - I discovered that 2 flat pillows were shoved into 1 pillow case to make it look fuller. If you walked in the 'wrong' direction from the apartment it got sketchy pretty fast. No outside space, and laundry facilities were in the common area of the building. No ability to store luggage beyond checkout.

The shower periodically stopped working and no WiFi. Iana did however help us out with a partial refund which we appreciated.

Absolutely great location - 2 min walk to metro, 10 mins to the beach, and well located with lots of bars and restaurant on the door step. The apartment was modern and nicely furnished. Iana was very responsive and helpful.

Pretty much everything. This place is not really an apartment hotel like they lead you to believe. We entered the room and it looked like someone who lived there had left their own place for a few days for us to stay. A lot of personal belongings from that person was there, from clothes, to books to even access cards for places. The bed was way too hard and way too short for me, the airco had problems constantly, there was not really a balcony and the view was completely restricted by the wall of the building next door which you could almost touch. The reaction time from the host on various things we asked was average. What was very disappointing is that we did not even have a bottle of water waiting for us when we arrived.

The location is probably the highlight of this place. Located in Ipanema but close to Copa Cabana, one side is pretty grim and not inviting at all but within 5' walk you are in the nice beach area of Ipanema.

Lack of support/ information. No guest information provided. No onsite help - all remote by text messages. Facial recognition access disabled before we left and receptionist did not respond. Insufficient towels and not aware of cleaning arrangements - none during stay - or trash disposal.

Roof area was good and location was convenient for beaches and restaurants.
