It would be nice to have umbrellas for the sundbeds on the pool as they are directly in the sun all day.

Nice location directly on a small beach even though everything else (restaurants, supermarket, shopping) is pretty far from the hotel. You can definitely spend some nice relaxing days here staying on the beach/pool and going for some walks in the nature.

Nice property, on a very nice beach. Very quiet and in a nice surrounding. Good price quality, just too bad that not many people speak English. The beach is very clean compared to other beaches in the area. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was wonderful. Amazing view from our room great sized inground pool, nice food and drinks. the only thing i didn't like was the pool table was missing a pocket. I'm sure that would be an easy fix not sure why they would leave it like that

There’s no earlier check-in, not enough towels, the bathroom trash can was very cheap and almost falling apart, internet would disconnect all the time and the hot tube is not actually hot just has the jets.

Sadly like every where in Brazil, even in Buzios and inside this reserve, the beaches, woods and sides of the roads are filled with trash, plastic bottes, building materials. Although there are trash cans everywhere in Brazil and signs requesting to use them, no one respects. It is the same with the signs "reduce speed, wildlife crossing". Not to mention that there is less and less wildlife and more and more abandoned dogs and cats wandering around. Only fines would stop those unconcerned citizens! Regarding the hotel, it IS beautiful and food is good. Nevertheless, back in you room, forget about resting. Air condition is noisy and most custumers use it because it is included in the price! you may enjoy yours neighbors' conversation and concert of all kind of noises. Here we go, the "charm" of living in a community !

Superb place, located in an ecological reserve on the beach. Guaranteed rest and total magic with the song of birds, the waves, the wind in the trees. Like I said, it is a magic place when you don't have neighbors and during very very low season.

1. The room was dirty and not well maintained, with stains on the towels, walls and mold on the walls; 2. The bed was uncomfortable and linens were poor quality; 3. Overall lack of cleanliness 4. The food choice and quality was fair at best. 5. The breakfast choice was the same every day. No variety for a five day stay was disappointing. 6. Resort doesn’t provide beach rental equipment such as umbrella or chairs. 7. The location is secluded and a 20-30 minute drive to Buzios’ city center.

First of all, the 2km dirt road to get to the property from the main road, with big wholes and after a raining day is not very fun driving with a small car. Second, the whole property is very outdated, wood is rotted, no paint has been done in the outside in years, the mattress is not very comfy for me (my partner liked it). About the common areas: the pool area is beautiful due to the view but still needs major update; there is a very tiny spa to fit maybe 3, the game room is completely falling apart (pool table, foosball and poker table) probably still originals from when they open the hotel. I definitely miss a gym there. TV didn’t work. Wi-fi in common areas do not work well.

Reception staff are kind and 24h reception is always welcome. The view of the pool area is beautiful; The path to the private beach; Room is big; Wi-fi in the room is very good. Breakfast is not completely self-service (you order from a menu, but you can order as much as you want). you can see this as a positive in some ways like eating less and wasting less food, but also a negative for me of asking someone all the time for what I want. Another thing is that I saw some people eating things that were not on the menu and I was not informed about that.

On a first evening there was some miscommunication: we were supposed to have dinner (prepaid with half-board option), and the first waiter brought us the correct menu. Then the other waited came, extra friendly and too nice, and changed our menu to another one - the one we would need to pay for, although they asked us if we have paid for dinner already and we tried to explain that yes (portuguese is still hard for us). Anyway, we made an order, and ordered a bottle of wine. He returned with another bottle, not the one in the wine list, and it was more expensive, and we agreed to change it. The salad came in about 15 minutes and was gone pretty fast as we were already hungry and came right at the beginning of the dinner time at 19:30. So we were sipping wine and waiting for our food. At about 20:30 we started wondering where is our food, as most guests were already served. At 21, we asked the waiter and he said it is coming, and continued serving other guests. At 21:15 we decided to leave and I went to ask what is going on at the reception. Obviously someone messed up and we should not have had the other menu. The receptionist said that they will bring the food to our room when it is ready and he is very sorry it happened and he will ask administration if maybe we won't pay for wine because of that mistake. We went to our roo., and at 21:30 he called to tell us that it is going to be about 20 more minutes. 21:50 we finally got our food, although it was not exactly what we ordered, it didn't have any sauce, just plain meat, fish, with white rice or fries, not sure how it could take more than 2 hours to make it. In the end we were still charged for that bottle of wine, and although the rest of our stay was very nice, the vacation still had a bitter aftertaste of being poorly treated on the first evening and they didn't really try to make up for it. Also, the pool table needs some maintenance.

The location is indeed great, food is well made, pool is nice. The beach is very beautiful, surrounded by rocks, although the waves can be dangerous, proceed with caution :). The restaurant on the beach provides chairs for the hotel guests, just ask. The hotel is well maintained, bar next to a pool is good too. We liked the half-board option. Use sunscreen.

Real True: 1. I don't liked location, it's not possible reach that place with the uber or bus. Road it's so bad(off-road), that no one will come to take you from/to that place. Drivers avoiding that place, cause after trip need to wash all car again 🚨. 2. Prepare for wear mask in breakfast, but in pool and bar area people not wearing, and nothing make sense. 3. Prepare to find in your room bug's, moscito, lizard, spider, etc in the room. It's really wild place, even take a breakfast you need to rush cause them. 4. Prepare be in queue for the breakfast, it's always crowded and waitress always missed something in your order. 5. Check-out 10!!!!! Breakfast finishing 10:30!!! They saying that you still can use Swimming pool until 12:00. But how about suitcase and changing clothes ? How to do?? In small bathroom? People will be looking strange to you face, cause you with big suitcase in small bathroom changing clothes and drying hairs xDD
