The bathroom in our room is extremely small, difficult to move around in, and it is necessary to step out into the room to dry off after a shower. The hair dryer does not work and the cleanliness of the bathroom is lacking.

The bed is excellent, has a good size, and is quite comfortable. The room is quite spacious with a sofa and a good wardrobe.

Since I stayed here last time, 5 years ago, the hotel has not changed at all. Many things in the room are old and broken. The shower is very old and used. The wood in the room is broken. When it rains, water falls through holes next to the window. For the price, this is just not the hotel to choose anymore.

As I stayed here before, the location was the most important factor.

The gym needs some new equipment.

The breakfast was good with lots of itens to choose from. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The people that work there are the best, especially at the front desk.

The brekafast has lack of fruits but in overall is a good one.

The staff, the location, the room. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The staffs are well preppared and gentle. I was able to get a connected room on spot thanks to staffing readiness. For those who is travelling to visit the Amsterdan city center, the hotel is not close to it but is very close (walking distance) fromthe the station (bus + metro +train).

Breakfast was below expectations. All bread and pastries were hard/stale. Coffee was not good at all. Tasted old. Fruit salad saved the meal.

Had 1 or 2 issues with keycard, and it would be nice if there were an easy way to get a cup of hot water for tea without going downstairs to ask for help.

Nice hotel. No problems with my very late check-in. The staff didn't speak perfect English, but were very helpful and friendly making a strong effort to help with questions. Great wifi - worked remotely for 2 days with no issues. My favorite part was the incredible outdoor pool - great size for swimming laps and had the space all to myself

- The price of the room was very different from what was shown on the website of booking.com. In fact, on the website, the price was shown with ALL CHARGES included but when I paid the hotel still charged 15% extra ( 5% VAT and 10% service charges). Such information appears only under the "important details" section in the confirmation email received after completing the booking. I only noticed it when the hotel reception staff pointed it out!!! As the booking was non-refundable, I felt like I was cheated especially since the hotel staff reported this occurred frequently!!! - The depth of the swimming pool is only 110 cm.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Savassi. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was nice. The sauna was excellent.

The room was not very clean. Found old toothbrush inside safe. The breakfast option was very poor. Not much food options, and it all ends fast. The pool was very busy, and a few chairs were only available.
