Watching avenida 23 de maio from the rooftop is quite an experience. Waking up to its massive sound in the morning is another one... not the accomodation´s fault, obviously. Just be prepared, and get some ear-plugs

Easy check-in, friendly receptionist, rooftop pool (about 12 meters)- suggestion: do mention beforehand that it is closed for maintenance one day per week, i think that was on monday, as there are people who choose a particular accomodation for that very feature- and great views, really nice apt, small but cosy and very well structured.

The room is small and the AC is inside the kitchen. When cooling the room in the kitchen is getting hot.

The view was amazing, staff friendly I arrived very early from my other trip and tried to do an early check in was not possible at that moment but went to a mall near by… Patio Paulista , than made the check in 30 min prior from 3PM , the building also have a small self service market

Check in process was poor. Customer service was slow. The person who was supposed to check me in showed up after 3pm. Unacceptable. The actual accommodations was vastly different than the pictures in the advertisement.

The mattress has lost resistence and is not consistent anymore. The curtains should be more efficient - they do not avoid sunlight properly.

The process was fast and straigjtfoward. Shower was great.

place was rather noisy… you can live with it but it’s next to very busy street so you can hear it. also it maybe well organize but apartment is really small;)

Location was very convenient and the small space they offer was organized in genius way. we had apartment at hugest floor so view was amazing as well. both swimming pool space and gym were quite decent. internet was first class too.

Noisy big road - but it was expected. If the pool would be heated it would be absolutely amazing.

Very clean modern small apartment. Good and quick communication with an owner. Good quality internet. As we sent pictures of our documents day before nobody even stopped us at the entrance. Better to give also in advance car plate number if you are traveling by car. We liked absolutely everything in our stay. Thank you!

The person behind the tinted glass at the front desk won't help you much, if at all. It's all done thru the app, remote communication via whatsapp, you can't talk to a person, they don't answer the phone, no toilet paper on arrival, no kettle (you'll miss that if you're a foreigner and wants to make tea or coffee).

While location is great, it's very close to heavy traffic, therefore quite noisy. The view is nice if you're lucky to get a high floor.

Checkin was terrible. They didn't register me even though we exchanged messages and documents through whatsapp way in advance, and I had to wait an hour for the reception to clear my entry.

Noisy, the supposed isolation couldn’t be closed so all the noise from the avenue came across. Really small space for 3 people, perhaps if it were fewer days, we wouldn’t notice, within a week it became claustrophobic.

When we just entered the apartment there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor. The lock was not working and we had to leave the room with the door open, luckily nothing happened. We could also not watch television because the TV box/digital receiver was not working. Luckily the technician could solve these problems. Next to that toilet paper is not provided, you have to bring yourself. Or go to the public toilets on floor 20/21 which we did. My wife could not sleep good because of the noise from the road next to it. There is a pool but the water is not heated, so can be very cold in the winter.
