Normally at the check-in you fill out one paper for the entire family, here four papers had to be filled out. A bit lengthy process which should be adopted to what other hotels do.

Good functional, clean room. We were put in interconnecting quiet rooms, so that was good. Breakfast is good typical Brazilian standard with a lot of cakes. Overall, we knew this was one of the Brazilian faceless business hotel chain towers. For that all was good and actually a bit better than expected. Especially the breakfast area, they tried to make it look a bit cosier with the green foliage on one wall. Safe parking on site.

The noise from another room by the wall vent. We could hear people talking from upstairs/ downstairs. So, I believe that they could hear us too.

Internet connection was very weak!! That was difficult and frustrating for us to deal with. TV is just ok...need more high def streaming channels!

We like the comfortable king size bed and larger room. The maids and staff are super friendly and helpful! Breakfast is always enjoyable and delicious, and it's a pleasure staying at eSuites Toscanini whenever we come to Belo Horizonte! It's also nice that several of your staff speak fluent English... very helpful!!💕👍

I would like more rooms to have king sized beds. It isn't always easy getting a room with a king bed. More towels, soap and hair products (shampoo, conditioner) would be great. We were only given 1 each day, which is tough to share for two or more people.

Breakfast is always very good, though the vegetarians in our group would like more vegetarian entrees with both breakfast and dinner. We liked the new converters! The old ones were so huge, bulky and heavy. Thanks for buying new ones! Our bed was super comfortable, as always.

Overall, the breakfast is varied and good, but seems to cater to a clientele of Brazilian tourists, and does not offer the typical dishes that traditionally are served for breakfast in Minas Gerais. The hotel should decrease the variety of items in the breakfast and enhance the offers of traditional breakfast dishes from Minas Gerais. I was particularly surprised by the absence of a good, naturally gluten-free, "bolo de fubá" while the hotel was offering more exotic cakes that were vegan. Same can be said of the coffee. Offering a variety of good, fresh coffee from Minas Gerais showcasing the distinct varieties of coffee grain and "terroir" is much more appealing for a tourist, especially a foreigner tourist, than the uninviting box of teas (which, by the way, was lacking a simple black or english breakfast tea!).

eSuites Savassi Toscanini is perfectly located for a business or leisure trip to Belo Horizote. This hotel is perfectly located to provide a safe, quiet and relaxing stay while also offering easy access to the central and south areas of the city. While far from the airport, which is the case for any hotel in the south-central area of the city, it can be easily reached by a taxi ride that costs about 30 US dolars at the time of this trip. The staff was welcoming, efficient, polite, helpful and displayed the best that the mineiro way of being has to offer. The facilities were new, in good condition and the hotel is very well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again in a trip to Belo Horizonte.

The only thing we'd like changed is that we have to use old, super heavy convertors from the hotel in order to use our hair dryer and curling iron.

Breakfast was delicious, as usual. We really appreciate the high quality breakfast that is served at this hotel. The beds are super comfortable, rooms are spacious and very clean. Many of the staff speak English, which is a huge plus for us, as we are Americans who struggle with the Portuguese language.

There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. In general the bathroom was quite empty
