The parking is not included in the booking and you have to pay extra which I think is unnecessary and inconvenient. Apart from that the stay was very comfortable and the breakfast is good. Staff super friendly.

At breakfast, not everything was always available (e.g., milk, certain type of fruit) - twice I had to ask the staff for things to be re-filled. No big deal though ...

I had a great stay at Promenade Pancetti. I stayed in a suite on the 19th floor, which was spacious and comfortable, with great view. The staff was welcoming and friendly (not everyone spoke English). The location of the hotel is also excellent. The breakfast is decent, but nothing to write home about. I used the dry-cleaning service, and that was excellent: handed in in the morning, returned in the evening.

The location is excellent. Very close to various shops, restaurants and one major shopping mall of BH. The breakfast is very good. The personnel is kind and polite. It's a place that definitely needs to be considered if one needs to spend some time in Belo Horizonte.

The owners of the Pancetti flats, like those of most Promenade-franchise apart-hotels, don’t care about about modernizing their units. Very little has to do with the real hotel industry and so everything is very rudimentary. The bathroom says it all: the shower is so badly constructed that the water doesn’t flow towards the drain, but stays inch-deep in the shower-basin; no place to put the soap or shampoo in; no plug for the washbasin; mirror with stains; no real drying rack for the towels, etc.

Located in the Savassi area, shops and restaurants are close by. The neighborhood is reasonably un-noisy (Belo Horizonte is very loud) and quite safe. Staff is pro-active.

No real kitchen is available. Breakfast is good but not so as expected. No restaurant available at the time. Somewhat noisy.

The property is a spacious and well-equipped suite, with large windows and a great balcony.. Installations are clean and comfortable. Products available for personal use are good-quality ones. Breakfast installations are suited to current extra sanitary needs. Competitive price. Location is great.

The staff who welcomed us was very unprofessional. Asking questions that were irrelevant, making me say thing I rather not in front of my partner. Also giving me the total value for the room in a very explicit manner. Giving me the paper to sign and check the values could be done in a more subtle manner as well.

Rooms are outdated. No restaurant ( only open from Thursdays on ) Ac makes a lot of noise because they are old so u can’t sleep with it. On thru day there was a loud music late at night coming from a bar close by right in my window I called front desk and he said he couldn’t do nothing that it was normali called the police and after 10 mins it was over and they said why the hotel didn’t call ? That is the question to be answered

Close to roadworks and construction which ended late and started early. The pool was not very inviting and poorly equipped. Would not intend to spend any time at the pool or in the sauna. Pictures are taken at a good angle in good lighting. Not many sockets in the bedroom.

Convenient location, large spacious room with balcony. Clean with good bathroom facilities. Decent place to put your head down for the night.

1. In 2022, there is a massive construction going on to the exact left of the hotel. The builders arrive everyday, including weekends at 6 am and start making a lot of noise. This lasts throughout the day. We were on the 18th floor and it was just so incredibly noisy, it ruined our stay. It looks like they are just starting so this problem will last a while. We did request to be moved, but the hotel was apparently full so we were stuck with the horrible noise. 2. The windows did not block any noise at all, from the construction or from the city itself. They are all single pane and old. Add to this that the air conditioners are so noisy and old that they rattle and you have no peace inside this place on a hot or cold day. They desperately need to renovate the windows and change air conditioners. 3. The 'kitchen' of the apartment is not really a kitchen at all, there is no stove, or even a kettle for tea/coffee. It made the entire area a bit pointless really. There is a microwave and a minibar. No cooking utensils, just two plates, two cups, etc. It's clearly meant to be used to reheat meals not to prepare meals, or even prepare tea. 4. The shower area in the bathroom deserved a renovation as well, the wall was warped and the shower head itself was old and small. The water never really got that hot, although it was fine.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. While the location is excellent, especially if you are without a car. There are currently massive problems with staying here.

Not a 4 star hotel!!!! Old old old!!! It is a very old Hotel that apparently never have seen an update. The A/C is old and loud. Even on the 14th floor, because of the poor window isolation, we could hear a lot of noise from the outside. Most of the plugs were so old that my adapters didn't work. (Btw the adapter for that plug isn't allowed to be sold in Brazil). In the bedroom that was one recent plug I could use but was for the A/C, so you had to choose between sleeping at a nice temperature or charge my phone.

Well located, rooms are big, but not more than that.
