Shower pressure could improve. Beds were uncomfortable although we travelled with another couple and their bed was perfect so we may have been unlucky with the room we got.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location close to the town centre. Nice pool. Breakfast was good. Easy to book tourist activities at the reception

The sauna was a bit broken and needed a refurb but it did the job.

I was staying nearby at accommodation that had cobwebs and hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. It was also raining so I needed a clean place to stay where I could stay through the rain. The room was super clean and they have a pool, gym and sauna, which I made maximum use of during the rain. Lovely stay.

In the first room we were in, the mattress had huge rips down the side, and was very soft. The jacuzzi tub looked stained/yellow (we didn't use it). We were moved to another room (long story, see below) which was nicer, but the beds were still quite soft. We also couldn't use the swimming pool on our last day as 3 bus loads of young teenagers had booked a field trip and overran the hotel. Why we moved room: A stray cat got stuck right outside our bathroom at 5am, crying so loud we couldn't sleep. The night guard at first refused to help, then eventually came and the cat ended up running into our room and hiding inside the divan bed. The guard turned our room upside down trying to get the cat out. Eventually at 6am we were moved to another room, only to be told at 9am that we had to move rooms again as the room we'd been moved to was booked by the incoming school trip. The daytime staff were polite, apologetic, helpful and gave us money off - but the nighttime staff was rude and unhelpful.

Great location, walking distance to the city centre. Good size swimming pool with a fun design of a shallow shelf and then a deep end. Well maintained gardens and grounds. Room itself was clean.

The pillows were average and the heat pump had no quiet mode and wasnt overly quick to work even on max settings. The curtains didn't block the light outside. Tv looked nice but had no channels and the wifi didn't extend well so casting with my Chromecast wasn't great

Be aware!!! The 61 property photos on Booking will give you the FALSE impression that most rooms are facing the garden/pool area, with private balconies and hammocks, this IS NOT TRUE AT ALL, of the 52 rooms only 12 are actually "good rooms", ALL THE OTHERS, despite pompous names like "Queen Superior Suite" are cramped shoebox size rooms with a ceiling so low you can touch it just rising your arms and equipped with only one small front window that opens to a public internal corridor or to the parking lot where anyone passing by can see you truly, requiring the shades to stay permanently closed. The 40 "bad rooms" (not depicted in the property photos) are located behind one of the two parking lots (Motel 6 style) so the best thing you would view anyway is your own car. Other "non parking lot" rooms are even worst, facing the narrows of internal/service corridors or the employees access/quarters. They should have hired a better architect thats for sure. Upon arrival I felt defrauded, paying way to much money for what I was getting back. Over and over I witnessed other guests arriving and complaining about felling also misleaded by the "Superior Rooms" naming when in reality they were getting the worst possible accommodation in the property. I myself payed over R$9.000,00 for 4 nights x 2 "Queen Superior Suite" and felt like an idiot. Worth to mention too: the breakfast was pretty basic for such "wanna be" hotel. I will never get back here.

Swimming poll is nice, garden kiosk also nice, mattress & coton sheets are good too, the hot shower with plenty of water was also appreciated.
