BrazilMusic on the pool area was way too loud for our taste, if you are looking for a relaxing vibe, look elsewhere, but if you enjoy more of a party vibe, this is for you. Hotel is still undergoing renovation in some areas, so not everything is on tip top shape.
Everything was very new and well maintained, good taste. restaurants and pool area are excellent. Staff is amazing, always eager to please and easygoing. Food was very good!

United StatesOverall the privacy of the jacuzzi room we paid extra for was lacking. The DJ was loud but it was part of the experience here we enjoyed during the day. Not much to complain about the place is awesome. COVID obviously makes masks required and we could all complain about that but the resort maintained good hygiene for everyone. An extra blanket would be nice.
The food was amazing, Staff was very friendly, house keeping does a great job here. Reception was extremely helpful. Some how a Ninja re-stocks your room with snacks and drinks you will never see them it just happens like magic. Loved this place will definitely return and recommend it for a 5 star experience.

FranceThe payment process was scandalous! A few days before I received an email from the hotel threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn't pay 48h before arriving. The payment had to be done on an online website which initially declined my all cards. At that point I was threatened to be charged on my card registered on booking.com for the deposit (which was the full amount of the stay). I understand that hotels prefer being paid directly but when traveling internationally it is very difficult to not be offered the option to pay at check-in (and be forced to pay on a website). After spending hours on the phone with booking.com, my bank and the property we were able to resolve the issue. But this has caused tremendous stress and made me regret having chosen this resort. The room was not properly cleaned at the time I checked in. The bathroom still had traces from the previous guest (the toilet to be specific), the shower had not been cleaned properly and the sofa had brown traces on cushions where you sit. After reporting, all issues were quickly addressed by the cleaning staff and the rest of the stay went well. But for a Westin this was a bit of a turn off initially.

Kuwaitgym is small not equipped at all and can not handle such big resort with a lot of guests , needs modifications and upgrade.need to add more machines and weights . this is not a gym for 4-5 stars resort . tuna Resturant ; was disaster , 2 hours to wait for main dish and service slow ? no idea of that day they had some issues going on or that’s regular . spa bit over priced . more tv channels would be great and if possible in English as not all guests can speak or u detectando Portuguese. those are comments to improve service and place not to complain . over all we loved it
