My room was internal and the only window was facing a ventilation shaft.

Late Check-in ( operates from 5 pm onwards). The location was fine to visit the main attractions around the center. It is very close to metro station (Gloria). The area is safe. There are some restaurants and markets. The room was very small, as informed, but it was comfortable and clean. The staff were kind and helpful.

Mouldy bathroom. No cleaning the whole week (7 days!), also when we asked, nobody came. You can imagine the small room after this time. Some receptionists were weird.

I do love a hotel breakfast, and this one doesn't serve breakfast. BUT, I've always known that, and the price difference to stay in a place that serves breakfast really isn't worth the difference.

I've stayed here loads of the years. It's always really affordable. The staff are friendly and always help me with my baggage (I tend to have a lot as I travel often with work equipment), the rooms are clean, nicely designed, loads of plug sockets, the air con works well, and it's about 4 minutes walk from the Metro. The wifi is great and location is close enough to Zona Sul in an Uber or by Metro.

Rooms didn’t have external windows and I felt the photos were a little misleading. But we didn’t mind.

Location was brilliant for carnival. Lots of nearby parties and restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Close to public transport. The staff were helpful and kind and always smiling. Free coffee in morning was good. The rooms were modern and the showers worked well and housekeeping was efficient. Bed comfy.

The air conditioner wasn’t as cold, considering how hot it gets in Rio, and the curtains weren’t blackout, which made the room much too bright very early in the morning.

Good location, near the subway station, with bars and shops just around the corner. Quiet environment, good-sized bathroom and bedroom, comfy bedding.

All most all staffs Inc receptionists speak only Portuguese and my room is on low grand floor where is quite dark and no view at all.

The room has a window that looks inward onto a tiny internal space, so its lacking much natural light, But if you're mainly sleeping there... that won't be a problem!

This is a pleasant hotel in a good location next to the Gloria Metro yet right at the foot of Santa Teresa. Overall, despite the internal window, the room was comfortable and clean, with a great shower, and relatively stylishly decorated. The person at reception was helpful and pleasant, and this turned out to be a perfectly good place to pass the night whilst en route.

The sink was outside the bathroom, in the bedroom. The cleaning staff yells at each other in the hallway without considering that they are disturbing guests.

The room is nice, just like in the picture. We had a Queen bed. it was comfortable. It’s a couple of blocks away from Glória metro station. There are many outlets in the room to charge your electronic devices. The neighbourhood is quiet. There are 2 x 500ml bottles of water included in your stay.

Terrible place They put you in jail room with window in corridor with lights like in interrogation room.Water is cold and still you must in very difficult way open it up with other taps. I would recommend this place only like emergency for 1 night
