Location was perfect for my business trip. Close to Paulista and most of my meetings. Breakfast was also good. Will return again.

The breakfast was a bit mixed. Fruit and cheese looked a bit dry one morning and I’m not sure what international visitors would make of the hot option: chopped frankfurter-type sausages floating in tomato sauce. However, another morning fruit and cheese were fine and both times there was a good selection of breads, cake etc.

Very convenient for Avenida Paulista and Jardins districts and within short walk of the metro. It was worth asking for a quiet room as it’s a busy street on weekdays.

Room was spacious but pretty spartan. Don't expect fancy, but do expect very usable. Breakfast is OK, but honestly we enjoyed going to a coffee shop a block away that was awesome.

My wife and I stayed for a week. I had business stuff during the day, and my wife walked around town. It was great for both of those things - easy for me to Uber to meetings anywhere in the city, and a great neighborhood for my wife to walk around and explore. The front-desk staff were great, always very cheerful and helpful. 24h self-serve minimart in the lobby is very convenient. Our room was a suite with living room, bedroom, bath, small kitchenette, and a big walk-in closet. Price was very reasonable and we highly recommend it.

The AC stopped working during the middle of the night (2 AM-ish) and started beeping. I contacted the front desk and they told me I could get another room, but I needed to empty this room. So basically I'd have to pack all my stuff, check-out of my apartment and check in again in the new one. I tried asking if I could simply go to finish my night at another unit, and would clean that unit at 7am, but they denied.

Building site right next door with lots of construction noise. Guests downstairs also made a lot of noise. The pool on the roof is small and not very attractive. No coffee machine in the room (but in the lobby).

Great location. Pleasant neighborhood with good restaurants. Av. Paulista and metro can be reached in a few minutes. Spacious room, more like a suite with different rooms. Air conditioning and fridge available. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful, but mostly did not speak English. Wifi works (mostly) very well.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is very weak in variety and options. I recommend a renovation of this area by the hotel administration

The room was actually a small apartment, very suitable for a vacation. It was clean, it has a sitting area, it has a lot of space for storage, the small kitchenette was very useful. Breakfast is served in the building next door and it has a nice variety of fresh fruits, besides some cheese, ham and local dishes. The location is safe as far as I've noticed (I wasn't walking out after midnight). Some good restaurants are nearby, a grocery shop is at 5 mins walk. Paulista Avenue is at 5-6 mins walk. The staff is very nice even though they have difficulties to speak English (at least, those I interacted with). Oh, and they have an Espresso machine in the lobby. You may have a very good espresso, for free, any time. I found the hotel to be a very convenient and comfortable place to stay when visiting Sao Paulo. Very recommended!

Aged No flexibility in entry

The location is good in Jardim de Paulista. A lot of restaurants around and seems safe. The hotel serving as residences as well has an aged public which makes it quiet but a little aged too. Entry is strictly after 3pm despite my arrival at 9am. The wifi is correct but nothing on TV but Brazilian Channels The apartment is large but aged as well. The neighbourhood is noisy and it hears so in the room Correct breakfast

Not fault of the hotel but there was a very loud construction work in the neighborhood.

I've been staying at this hotel for the past 20 plus years, staff always great, between Paulo, Alex , Francielle and others, they always make my visit pleasant and smooth. Breakfast good, convinient hours, good varieties of fruits and breads. Love the location, near Paulista, and all choices of good restaurants at the Jardins, and easy to get to the airport too.

We were charged for a number of items from the frigobar that we did not consume. we put some of our own items in the fridge and do not know if there was confusion on the part of the staff member checking each day. We were in a hurry to leave so there was no time to dispute the charges. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
