Great location in the neighborhood of Pinheiros, close to many good bars,cafés and restaurants, but yet the room was calm and peaceful throughout our stay. Good communication with the hosts and easy self check in. The building is very safe and the common areas are very nice too.

Comfortable room in a quiet house. Clean kitchen which is fully equipped. We only stayed one night but it was idea for what we needed. Location is good, close to many bars/restaurants. Check in process was easy.

Neighbors from the house next door listen to loud music all day long. Not the property’s fault, which is cozy and respectable, but it does ruin an otherwise quiet spot

There is fan in the room but not aircon. It can be the only problem if it’s really hot.

The place is so nice and well located in one of the best neighborhoods. Perfect for a weekend stay if you like to enjoy the local bars around. Kitchen is well equipped, supermarket is just a minute away. Cozy bedroom.. You cannot ask for more :)

Lovely clean shared house in a great location. 10 minute walk to metro to get anywhere in Sao Paulo. Plenty of bars and eating places on the doorstep also a great supermarket within 30 mtrs of the house.Good security of the house and once inside a goog sized kitchen and lounging area.nice and comfortable.

The security gate around the perimeter of the house made it feel safe. The shared kitchen was always clean. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Self checking was simple and easy, the provided codes workd easily. The neighborhood has some great restaurants and a supermarket only a 30 second walk.

The room I stayed in was very very small. The bed fit in there and that’s pretty much it. also if you’re in the lower bunk bad you can’t sit up straight.

It’s beautiful and clean. The location is great. The host was super helpful and friendly. I would stay here again for sure but in one of the bigger rooms.

Clean, perfumed room and bed sheets. Cozy, small enough too feel quite private despite a shared bathroom. Communication with the hosts was virtual, simple, warm and efficient. Couldn't recommend it more.

The room look very old fashioned and could use some fresh paint. cupboard was also very old and smelled of mould.

Slow Communication and responses from the Hostess. Room's lock was broken and i got locked in the room once, very hard to open and close. Window's lock broken too. The room was not ready in the time for the 2PM check-in, because they were waiting for the sheets to come from the laundry. I waited for 1,5 hour and then i gave up wating and went to lunch. When i came back, the sheets were in a bag at the room's door and I had to put them on the bed by myself.

The window of the bedroom was broken and it was impossible to close it. It was very cold in the room and we were coming from a long trip. The owner just messaged me explaining the situation 5 minutes before checking-in.. it was very disappointing and they didn't try to give us another room or fix the window in a proper way. We fixed it by ourselves with some tape but the cold was still coming inside.

The location was very nice.
