Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe rooms were ok. I found my bed not very comfortable. The mattress had had better days but for one night was acceptable. The room was not good isolated and I could hear all conversations happening outside. My parents' room did not have enough light for an elderly couple but that is probably not the target group for this hotel.
We booked this hotel because we were attending an event nearby - at Espaço Barra Funda - and were happy with our choice. It allowed me and my family to get to the hotel at different times very conveniently. The staff was super friendly and help us get more blankets, for instance. The breakfast had a good variety of choices but had to be paid separately.

ColombiaThe room's bathroom looked old, however it was well taken care of. Also, the TV in the room didn't have cable channels and you couldn't use Netflix, so you were stuck with telemarketing channels and pretty much nothing else.

United StatesI could have sworn we had a free breakfast, But I guess we didn't. We only found out after the fact and got charged for it. We ended up eating only a few pieces of fruit each and it was still 35 Reis a person. Not really much to choose from if you're a vegetarian. And not that big of a selection other than some tasteless fruit and some sugar bread. If we ate meat it probably would have been a better value ,but in our case, it was way too expensive for a few pieces of fruit.

NetherlandsI asked for a late checkout and separate tax receipts, but I only received the tax receipt for my normal stay and not the late checkout. There were long waiting lines for check-in and check-out. The keycards on the door did not work, so the receptionist had to fix it with some kind of computer. Leaving the room blocked the door again, so we had no freedom. The breakfast was standard, but the restaurant featured only a single fresh brew machine, and the A/C did not seem to work properly.
The location and accessibility are okay. The lobby is modern, bar is fancy-ish. Valet parking right outside the door and car was well taken care of.
