Very good staff. Location was good for me for business. Easy walk to light rail station. Very clean. No complaints. Really only downside is limited restaurant offerings nearby, but train makes that a non-issue.

The cleaning maid didnt Clean my room one day, which bothered me for many reasons, such as shampoo not being refilled. Aside from that, I hated the fact that there's no outdoor terrace or window to open. Why is this a must? Because you go to the beach and then you cannot dry your wet trunks/bikini. If you're there for over 3 days, that becomes a problem.

The overall deal is a good one. Outstanding comfortable place, to which people with money (and good manners) go to (please read: no loud neighbours disturbing your sleep 🤭). 100% helpful staff, and delicious breakfast

There was a girl attending on the lobby that was a bit rude, the road to the terminal can be a bit dark at night, so be careful about it.

The place is located in a very good position, very close to the terminal (around 13 minutes walking). The room was very nice and clean, however, don't forget to take a converter for international plugs, they only have the brazilian type one.

There was a problem with the machine that programmed the room keys so every time I left the room and came back, I had to get a member of staff to let me in as my key didn’t work. Check-in process was a bit slow

Clean, good wifi, very nice receptionist who truthfully told me that the area was a bit unsafe and to get an Uber to the bus station. Dinner from restaurant was fine.

The location. In the Port zone, with nothing else but a supermarket at the foot of a favela, without taxi pr uber it's really not recommended to wander around after dark. In any case, there is nothing to see. Apart from the bus station l went there for.

I chose the hotel because l needed to take a long-haul bus the next morning and wanted to be walking distance to the station. And really, that's the only reason anyone should. The hotel itself is a standard lbis, bed comfortable, enough space, good bathroom etc. Breakfast or dinner possibilities in the adjacent Mercure hotel.

It says that they have 24h front desk, but it is impossible to reach them over the phone and they canceled my reservation because I arrived after check-in time (ETA was informed). I got another room in the end.

The TV channels are so bad. There’s not closed channels, no movie channels. Only religious channels. For a leisure stay, the hotel should offer a better channels list.

The position is near to the bus station, but there isn't anything else (restaurants, shops )in the proximity: after 200m begin the favelas. The price sometimes is too high.

The room was acceptable and clean. I did not like the fact that we could not make coffee or tea in our room or purchase food as we arrived late to our hotel. It was more like a back packer facility. I should have read the reviews first.

The hotel had very basic catering facilities two microves in a common area, fridge with two minute noodles to buy. a coffee machine to buy coffee.
