Overcrowded but quality wasn't sacrificed. Rooms were a bit small but beds were extra comfy. You can hear the sounds of the elevators from the room all day, not too disturbing except if you are very sound sensitive. You may need to tell them to give you a room far from the elevator.

Room was small, but the view was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best in Rio. They offer a big selection so there is something for everyone. It is big hotel so expect to see it always crowded in the lobby and during breakfast time. For first time visitors to Rio, this would be an excellent choice. The location is not far from some of the best restaurants, Copacabana beach, pharmacy, and 10 minute walk to a mall. Wifi connection is good.

There is no sense of 5*. Nothing about the staff go above and beyond. The only coffee available is from a nespresso machine. Breakfast is not fit for purpose, and way oversold. Hotel is massive but breakfast may accommodate 25% of that and everyone seems to have been sold a breakfast package. Dreadful options like onion rings, chicken nuggets and corn on the cob.

Comfortable huge bed, lovely views. Good bathroom products and big and new towels.

The gym area is quite small so gets overcrowded with more than 4 people. I would highly recommend Hilton works on expanding the space for the long term. Also the room cards stop working intermittently and I noticed it happen to several other people. Upgrading in that technology would be helpful as it saves you from trips 30 floors down to get it fixed.

Room with the view was spectaculor. The location facing the beach meant it was one of my favourite hotel room views alone, ever. There is a swimming pool area on the rooftop which you can sit around and relax. Breakfast options were fairly standard but enough for one's needs. Staff were helpful as needed.

I understand that this hotel is very popular and there is looong queue when we need a reception. Also I understand the Reception is gentle, but due to the hectic situation, sometimes their instruction was rude (ex. Reception mentions the room has already cleaned, but in fact when we enter the room, was not ordered and slightly dirty.)

They upgrade the room. The view from the room was very fantastic! and could enjoy the scenic view from the room

I choose the hotel because it is so near the beach, during the time I stayed, it was Madonna concert in the beach, every staff is keeping security perfect during the time, the breakfast offer a lot of choices. Top floor swimming pool and gym.

The broken system of the keys. Impossible to enter the room! And the management do not solve this.. All the visitors had such problems, and it's not funny really. And the food - very poor breakfast, feels like they are saving the food. It's not a Hilton level at all.

I like personal, especially Julia on the reception. Thanks to her or situations were solved and I'm really great full for that! The view was amazing.

The noise on roof top pool when bar opened and the "sunbeds' on beach. They were like beach chairs and one od the most uncomfortable I've experienced 😳

Building needs updating, the sofas in the lobby & room seat are old, furniture and decor could use some modern touches. Spa jacuzzi wasn’t working and it wasn’t clean.

Location is great! View of the beach and at the rooftop pool are excellent! Breakfast is superb!

Early check in was not possible and we had to wait 5 hours to get to our room. Could be improved.

Excellent breakfast, but hotel was very full and therefore to find an adequate table was very difficult.

The hotel is very-very tired and doesn't correspond to 5-stars category as it was declared when we were booking it. First of all, from the prospective of its rooms equipment.

Nice bar at the roof with a cozy pool and nice view at Copacabana. Very good breakfast.

Cleanliness of room was very poor Mini bar was half eaten when we checked in. Reception staff and security staff were very unfriendly and lobby was unwelcoming.

The biggest drawback of the hotel, however, is the lack of soundproofing between the rooms - we could totally hear every word spoken in the room next door.... fortunately we spent a negligible amount of time in the room - Rio is too beautiful!

A hotel with a phenomaneal view from its windows. This is its biggest plus! Very good, varied, ofite breakfasts and friendly staff are other advantages. On the plus side for the hotel also a great bar and pool - on the roof.

All furnitures and rooms are long worn-out. Hotel does not deserve 5 stars (anymore).

Hotel team was very kind. I want to point out a guy named Kerby. My wife was stomach sick, so we were a bit late to breakfast one day, and he organized breakfast. Superb customer focused employee!
