The breakfast buffet selection was pretty small in comparison to other hotels we stayed in Brazil and could be improved, especially when you stay longer.

Location was very close to Paulista, which was great and the room itself was fine.

There is no cups nor a kettle in the room. The pool was under renovation when we stayed.

The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is close to restaurants and attractions in Sao Paulo. The breakfast was nice, especially the casava bread. There is a pizza restaurant in the building that is open until 11 pm and a good option for dinner.

The space between the toilet and shower stall is too short. It was very difficult for me, who is 77 years old, to enter and exit the shower. I almost fell since there were no bars to hold on to. It was a scary experience for both me and my wife.

Greeting your customers is a must, but it was lacking. Breakfast should be prepared for international customers rather than just for Brazilians. And our room was not cleaned for three days. Each time your cleaning persons entered, I was there working, and your cleaner hesitated to enter my room to clean, although I asked them to. Maybe they did not understand my English.

The pool was closed for the duration of our stay, with no advanced warning. This was a major part of why we booked to stay here. I'm sure the refurbished facilities will look great when they're done! We took breakfast in the hotel once (not included with our room) and the coffee and selection of food was a little disappointing.

As the safe in our room was not working, reception staff prompty upgraded us to a larger room. Very nice shower, good laundry service.

I had great stay in all ways. The room is old style but very comfortable, clean and pleasant. The staff is nice too. Will stay there again.

I didn’t have breakfast there but seems ok. The neighborhood is good. Brazil Is dangerous in many ways. I’m Brazilian, and everyone has to take care anyway.

I had a small one bedroom suite . Comfortable bed,plus black out curtains. However the closet doors were difficult to slide open. The black out curtains came off of their tabs , so allowed in daylight. Advised the front desk. They did send someone to repair , but they did not do a great job. The room is decorated with grey walls, and grey furniture.Spartan feeling.The room looks tired.

Great location in Jardin, near Avenida Paulista, shops and banking. a variety of restuarants. The hotelm had a fairly large gym plus a large swimming pool, and outdoor terrace at the rear of the hotel. It also had a convenient restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. Pleasant lobby and entryway.

The room was old, the toilet not flash good, 15 min from the Center . Leticia the reception wasn’t nice. I asked for help in emergency and she didn’t want to help and was rude.

Arrived really early from an international. The check in was 2pm. However, for some reason I had to wait until 3pm because the room was still not ready. When I went up to the room, there was an electrical engineer changing the lumps, which I had to seat down in the bed and wait for him to finish. I think this was unacceptable, and made me really frustrated.

It took more than 30 minutes to finish checking in because the reception was understaffed. But I try to understand since it was Dec. 30.

I was able to enjoy walking the Paulista avenue and stopping by nearby restaurants or a supermarket. Unit size was good especially the living room area, which seemed to be larger (or similar) than the bedroom. Breakfast was good for me.
