We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe rooms are very noisy. You can hear everything when the other guests arrive. Specially at 3am when they arrived screaming and slamming the doors.
The bed is amazing, very comfortable. Breakfast is good as well, it offers many options and also gluten free bread & cake. The staff are very friendly and kind. Osmar from the front desk was one of the best, always with a warm smile and willing to help.

United KingdomThere was a lot of early morning noise when we were there. This was just inconsiderate guests talking and shouting. Not much the hotel can do about this but I always hope that someone from the hotel could step in if they hear it. They never do.
Brilliant facilities and an excellent location for the falls, animal park, water park, and other major tourist attractions on the doorstep. Very nice indoor and outdoor pool area with sports equipment, play area, games room, bouncy castles, football pitch and more. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. The WIFI and staff were very good.

BrazilThe juice is watery. The Room walls are very thin and you can hear people snoring. There is no bathroom to change near the thermal pool. in our case, it was winter so we had to run till the front room.
The hotel is close to the brazilian's falls and the airport. It has a transfer service, which is great. Breakfast has a nice variety, it's not tasty, but its ok. The thermal pool is wonderful. The room for three people is spacious, the bathroom is good, the towels are fluffy, the internet works great, only the tv is old and not everyone can see it. The air conditioning also works very well. The room were cleaned every day which was great.
