Bad internet connection. Service stuff except of one person is not able to understand one word in english. If you order food for dinner you get it provided in plastic container plus plastic cutlery and not on a normal plate. Therefore you should not order food there if it is not really urgent.

Large room. Hotel located directly at the see. Nice view during breakfast. Kayaks are free for use.

Staff is so friendly and helpful, always willing to make you feel comfortable and solve any issues or requests. Anabella and their staff are thoughtful of your needs at all times and generous in whatever way they can. I’ll surely recommend and come back!

The room and bathroom look a bit dated

- The quiet location, but a short 10min walk from town. - The help of the staff to organize all the activities with pick up and drop off right on the hotel deck. - The kindness of the staff - The breakfast and tea time were delicious, with a beautiful view

Everything about our stay here was incredible! The location is perfect - located a short walk on the beach from the town, right on the water with gorgeous views and a feeling of tranquility. There is a dock on the property so boats for tours can pickup you steps away from where you eat breakfast. The staff was absolutely fantastic, every person who worked here was kind, friendly and helpful. We can't thank them enough for such a great stay! Highly recommend!

There isn’t anything noteworthy we didn’t like.

Casa Da Ilha Inn was so wonderful I don’t even know where to start. The entire staff is wonderful and put such care into the experience. Breakfast was excellent and the location was just removed enough to where you feel like your out of town but still walking distance. There are so many things to do, beautiful beaches, and great restaurants all in close proximity. We highly recommend!

Everything was great 👍 One thing that that would have made our stay even better was if there were a couple of cups our room and some tea Because there was a kettle in our room… but no cups!

we liked everything about the property! but as some people mentioned access to the main area is through a small beach and a 10 min walk, which could be a problem for people with mobility difficulties

- beautiful location right by the sea (photo is the breakfast view) - amazing staff, very accommodating! + Anabela was super attentive and caring - room was spacious, super comfortable overall and great bed and pillows (we stayed at the sea facing room with balcony) - transfer boat from and to the port is very handy - very friendly and supportive with our dog that was traveling with us - from what I’ve heard about other places in ilha grande I think this place is amazing

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Absolutely everything: quiet location was just perfect being 10 minute walk from town centre of Abraão. Staff were super friendly and helpful in giving tour recommendations. The room was impecable with a wonderful sea view and hammock. Delicious, fresh, and plenty of breakfast, plus afternoon tea, included. They have a boat available to bring us from and to the main embarking jetty. Pool table, table tennis, and kayaks available for guests. Snorkelling gear available for rental, even food delivery to the accommodation was available. In Casa da Ilha Inn, they are doing everything right. It's worth every cent.

We chose the garden room but there was a strong smell of mold when we arrived. The staff cleaned the room the next day and it was much better however I would recommend the sea view rooms in the front as they are more exposed to the sun and have a beautiful view too.

The hotel was a 10 min walk from the centre of Abraão, quiet and peaceful location with a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruits, hams and cheeses, as well as eggs - we loved having it out on the porch with the view of the bay. Afternoon tea with cakes was available every day. They also offer kayaks and can help you organise tours of the island. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Out room didn't have the view of the sea we were hoping for as we looked out onto the roof of another room.

An incredible place to stay! We wanted to extend our stay but it was already full. Very peaceful location with everything you need. Beds were so comfortable. Showers were hot. Breakfast was great. Want to come back already!
