Although some really good safety measures have been put into the place. The entrance when busy loses it’s ability to filter properly. While being on the rooftop, I encountered some strange types, not sure if they sneaked in or was part of the guests. The glass door to the balcony is not well isolated. Which means much noise from the street.

Good central location, still you need to be careful with pickpockets in this area. The space is great, and the kitchen is perfect. It was quite clean. The staff was friendly and reacting fast through WA. The door handle to the bedroom fell off as soon as I grabbed it, they fixed it. Also they had a technical water issue in the bathroom, was also fixed during the day. The facilities are diverse and great.

There is some noise from the refrigerator, especially when sleeping, noticeable when you rest your head on the pillow; you may need earplugs to sleep well. There is also some street noise, but this is normal as it is located in the city center and overlooks the street.

The location is good compared to other studios, well-equipped, with check-in and check-out well organized.

The location is really sketchy, being in the center of SP, sounds good but you have to be very careful is filled with lots of homeless people, and drug addicts, other than that things are very close, walkable distances.

the facilities are really good, the appartment is in great conditions, comfy and cozy, felt right at home, even though it's a bit small it's good enough to make a nice stay with enough areas around the building to not get bored. made some friends, the other guests were very nice and the concierge was very helpful.

The staff don't speak any other languages than Portuguese and for me as a tourist who speaks English and Spanish it was a little difficult to communicate with them.

We extended our stay and stayed at the same studio for another week. The experience was amazing, I had a few good workouts in the gym and we walked to many nearby sightseeing spots. We also saw some interesting birds visit our balcony! It was awesome! We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Sao Paulo!

Th location can be dangerous depending on the time. There was no soap in the apartment. Was asked for soap and new towels but never show up despite being asked few times. The bed is not comfy as it does not stay still and always slipping out.

The AC wasn't working pretty well, just if u put 21(Celsius) also 2 times when they cleaned our room they forgot some stuff, like some towels (new ones). It's not a big deal for me. Still 5 stars ✨

It wasn't perfect but very comfy. Breakfast it was good, beds too. The place is very nice to stay and who work over there are really sweet.

It would have been nice to meet with a host, however, I believe this is the format of the apartment. We did the online check-in in advance, however once confirmed there was further information that we did not check and later did not have data to check, this information gave us our room number and code to get it, would be helpful to have this option also available once entering or lobby wifi, to enable checking this. Although modern, honestly, the room was underwhelming compared to the photos, not that it was inaccurate, but the finishes were not as great, i.e balcony door doesn't lock, you can open it from the inside but then to get back in you need to enter from the other side which is right next to the bed which is in practical. The room also smelt like bleach

Sketchy area of town but São Paulo is pretty dodgy everywhere so not their fault, just be careful and avoid walking around and night.

one of the windows dont have a curtain and the light of the parking lot is always on at night . The apartment is too cold , I have been insisting to ROOMIN (third party host) to get an extra blanket and no answer from the host was received yet. The towels don't get dried because of the temperature , and there's only 2 wet towels to use. :( Quick tip> use the back of the fridge to get the towels dry. The location is not the best , not really feeling saved around , but ... the building is ok .. this place hire a third party ... We tried to use the AC heater to get the place warmer but looks like is not working. only cold AC

great space indoor , a nice sofa bed very comfortable , hot water with good pressure, the apartment have a water filter in the kitchen ,very useful . Smart TV with Netflix and other entertaining apps .
