Everything was great. Room 704 had a bit of a leak at the base of the shower. We forgot to point that out before checking out.

Seafront location in the quieter end of the beach. It’s worth it to pay a little more for a room with sea view. Everything was clean and correct and security is quite good. You can’t use the lift without a room key and you can only press the button for your own floor or the rooftop terrace. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

The pool looked dirty, so we never used it. The gym had very little equipment and was too small for more than 2 people at a time. Not all reception employees were helpful or knowledgeable. We could not open room windows because the floor would get very wet, without the air conditioning on. We checked-out one day early and we were not offered a one-day credit for our next visit. We were told we could not receive a monetary credit either.

The location and direct ocean view. Our cleaning woman Claudia was excellent. She was kind and welcoming. The room was very clean. Igor at the reception was helpful when we arrived. He always smiled and greeted us. Arqemedes, Joao de Paulo were such friendly breakfast employees. They welcomed us every morning. And Geraldo our dinner waiter was great.

Our room was under the swimming pool and we could hear the motor from it, but it was switched off just before we go to bed and we didn’t spend time enough inside the room to bother us. So, it wasn’t a big issue for us,

Room was a bit smallish, but of no consequence. Trivial matter: would have been nice to have facial tissue, but that doesn’t seem to be consideration in southern South America except at 5-star properties.

Great location and breakfast. Hotel staff were excellent. Takes a little time to get to heart of the city, but Uber is inexpensive and easy, taxis across the street. Property faces the beach, so continuous entertainment walking along Copacabana. Housekeeping service was outstanding. Room very comfortable…great beds. Rooftop pool and bar were a big hit with us. Will book this property again on our next trip.

Very satisfied overall. The pool is a bit small. Breakfast was good, but not memorable.

Perfect position. I had a super relaxing week and I was close to the beach and other attractions such as the Duque de Caixia fort and the beach. The view from the room was exquisite.

Modern hotel in prime location, our comfortable room overlooked Copacabana beach. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff throughout stay - luggage, taxis, currency change, recommendations etc.short walk to range of restaurants cafes etc. Recommend if want to be at this end of the beaches.

The pool is too small and did not look clean. Music on the rooftop is mismatched with the mood but you can escape to the beach. No complimentary water or coffee in the room.

Rooms and bathrooms are worn out, shower head was broken A/C is little bit louder The hotel is at the very end of Leme/Copacabana so you have to walk a little bit more to get to Metro station or to the middle of Copacabana
