There needs to be a towel rail or hooks as there was absolutely nowhere to hang your wet towel, or clothes. The card and door key were attached so it was hard to lock the door in the dark. The windows were heavy and could either be closed or completely open. You could not open them a little bit or halfway.

Nice, large, new room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff are friendly (they are not multi-lingual). Nice coffee and tea facilities that are complimentary in a cosy dining area.

I loved the area for relaxation with swimming pool, table, chairs, hammocks - all available to enjoy and relax in. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The pillows were especially comfortable! I’ll be back! A later check out time was also appreciated.

The hotel is built into a hill, so there were quite a few staircases necessary to get to our room. Also, the hotel is located at the bottom of a steep hill and the main square is up the hill. For those with knee issues, just be aware.

Reception helpful and even took care of parking our car in their secured area. Breakfast was good (especially the OJ) and we found out the second day that you could order eggs if you wished. Wifi was good, beds comfortable, everything clean.

The room smelt and I found since I left my clothes smell terrible and I have to wash them all. I was also lied to, about the availability of milk and was told they got it from elsewhere despite one of the staff getting it from their fridge. Later they said they had none, again a lie as there was still some in the fridge. All good if they didn't have any but don't lie to a customer. On my last day I requested a taxi so I could catch a bus to be booked and was told it was all confirmed and to wait in my room the next morning for my taxi. No one showed up. I messaged numerous times and was not answered. Luckily in the end the security guy got me a new taxi and I just made it in time for my bus thanks to the taxi driver driving very fast to the terminal. I never heard anything back from them, not even an apology. When it came to paying my bill they told me there was an extra tax they charge on top of what booking.com quoted. I said that ok but I would complain to booking.com and suddenly their story changed and I was told it was optional to pay. I do not recommend this place.

But..my room, 10, was located directly on the street, noise from 5:30 am. Worse the shutters don't open, no natural light. It's not a room, it's a dark and damp tomb. If you want to grow mushrooms, this is the place to be
