I have said that the breakfast could have more variety. About the air conditioning, there was not option to change the temperature even manipulating it. And one day, they did not clean the room. But I believe those issues were details at the end of the day.

Great location. Very close to the Copacabana beach, only 3 blocks away. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I have booked this hotel last year and I did not have any issue last time, I stayed at the same hotel again.

Although we had a great view from our window, we couldn't even take a picture, because the windows were so dirty! The same is valid at the swimming pool. The pool was nice, but the glass around the terrace and the swimming pool was so dirty that we couldn't enjoy it. The staff was very friendly, and it was clean, but those windows gave the impression that everything was filthy. It is regrettable because you cannot take any pictures. One more thing: I was there with my daughter; I ordered a room with two beds. We have the same last name, and at the reception, I was asked three times if I really wanted a room with two beds. Well, the lady suggested that we are a couple!!!This was strange and not nice.

The place is within walking distance of Copacabana Beach. There are nice restaurants around, and we felt safe in the area. Breakfast is typical Brazilian (almost everything is sweet, no pepper available, no cetchup :)) , but OK. There's a large choice of fresh fruit. Unfortunately, the juice is artificial.

The wifi was extremely poor through the whole building. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and we didn't like the food at all unfortunately. Breakfast was rather below average as well. The bathroom was not very clean and the bed was rather uncomfortable.

Location is great and the staff was nice both at the reception and at the restaurant. We had a nice view in our room. The pool on the top must be fun when the weather is good enough. Overall good price-quality ratio.

Rooftop area is great attraction but needs a refresh, not really a bar or lounge area in hotel as such so not really a place to come back for a last drink in the hotel, but clearly lots of choice right outside!

Breakfast is repetitive with soggy cold cheese bread. Few options and not pleasant. The air conditioning has the North Pole and South Pole option - the thermostat doesn't work! the shower is old and the water fall is bad!

It's a hotel that I would give 3.5 stars if it existed.

The location was perfect for 3 days in Rio. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Can also walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.

We enjoyed four nights at the hotel. It is only three blocks from the beach, and close to some lovely restaurants and bars. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were excellent. Views to Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf Mountain. The cocktails were delicious too!

Perfect location, amazing accommodating staff! Super flexible and helpful in true Brazilian spirit. They were able to place me and my entire family on the same floor and were super helpful. The cleaning team work so hard and do a brilliant job!

Some miscommunication with staff at the reception because of the language barrier(their English is really low level. Also on some days there was the issue with the elevators which made queues in the main lobby.

Great offer to value ratio, hotel was near the Copacabana beach. Breakfast starts early which is a great thing also.

While its not really a negative thing, a communication with the staff could be challenging since they do not know English really well. On our stay we had some troubles in understading but it was all resolved generally easy

Hotel offers great location and has a great value for money. It really offers what a 4 star hotel should. You also have pool on the rooftop with a small gym. Breakfast starts generally early (6am) which is great for people from Europe with jet-lag problems. Rooms are clean, offering good additional facilities, and the cleaning staff was really considerate.

Swimming pool was very murky and hair floating on top of water .Arrived very late one night and was refused a drink from a waiter who was very rude we hadnt even checked in do hadnt been to our room so didnt realise there was a mini bar in room .The breakfast was repeated each day with fresh or not so fresh friut ie black bananas. Not much different variety to choose from .Bedding grey coloured although clean .

Maid came in daily to clean room .

Great location, comfortable rooms, very helpful staff at reception who were accommodating and kind. We had an issue with the bathroom and they called the maintenance team who appeared almost instantly and fixed the issue. The cleaning staff did an exceptional job too.

Breakfast - same... all day long... Unacceptable missing of a hot water maker and coffee or tea in a 4* hotel(I don't say anything about room flops). Anyway, the hole Brazil is unprepared for turism. I had the same impression in the past and nothing changed (except for the prices) in the last 20 years.

Small rooms , terrible isolation . They put us in a corner room in the last floor, Supposedly need to be the best one, But it was next to the entrance and exit to the roof with the pool , and the noise, people opening and closing the door, talking right next to the room was terrible

The room for the breakfast I think should change the logistic. When it gets busy we can’t badly walk to get back to our table because that was so many stuffs in a short space.
