We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FinlandBeautiful, cosy, clean apartment right next to the old town. The kitchen had everything you could ask for! The staff was really friendly and helpful, I was able to leave some of my things there while going to the jungle. Big recommendations, like having your own home meanwhile travelling!

great views, good spacious studio, good quiet location at night but within walking distance from most central attractions. The staff were great both Roberto and Marina. Marina brought me herbal mate as I was suffering a little with the altitude and Roberto organised taxis and was genuinely helpful. Great place great price

United States of AmericaIt was a bit difficult to find without any signage, but the host was very communicative and directed us to the parking garage where we could find the keys. Hot water in the shower was a bit hard to figure out but just thankful to have hot water. Keep in mind when you stay alone in an apartment, there won't be tour guides or groups or a concierge desk to ask questions like a hotel would. But we didn't mind that.
Great view of the city and easily accessible to the cable cars and Murillo Plaza. But it wasn't loud at night. The apartment had a fridge and microwave which was nice to be able to grocery shop near by and make our own meals. It did not have a stove top though. Host was very communicative. Thanks Roberto!

TurkeyFirst, it should be very clear: There is a curfew. After 8pm (10pm) on weekends, the roller-doors come down and that is that. In fairness, there's not much is going on after this time, but still . . I had chosen the place based on "24 hour front desk" and another review saying that she arrived after midnight and all was well. However, that is not the case at all. Well, we had a problem where I came from the airport and the place was completely locked up. Had to get another place for a day. Turns out that Roberto had given me his work (rather than personal) whatsapp number, so communication was impossible. Even if we had been able to communicate, though, I don't see how I could have got in to the building. Other than these timing problems, everything was fine. If you are not going to arrive late, and you are OK with access being locked at 8:00pm, then this place really is a great deal.
Great value, great location, simple and complete place. Roberto is a great host and very helpful. I would stay there again and I would recommend this place to others.

CanadaSuper clean and safe building in a central location in the older part of the city. The couple running it is very fluent in English as well. During my stay in October 2023. I came down with very bad Altitude sickness. I was bed ridden and couldn’t catch my breath. During that time the older couple running the place kept on checking on me. They kept bringing me medicine/water and food. On the third day they insisted I go to the hospital. They drove me there and I ended up in hospital for 11 days. With 3 days being in the icu. During that time they visited me everyday. They talked to the doctors for me and handled almost all the paperwork. Without them helping me I would of been completely lost. I do not speak Spanish and was traveling alone at the time. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me! Besides from helping me survive altitude sickness,the apartments themselves are comfortable. Wifi in bolivia isn't always great and here it was standard with some flaky moments. I enjoyed the apartments after all and in my second staying I ended up enjoying the city to its fullest. I definitely recommend it and know you can count on the hosts.

AustraliaDo not stay in this booking. Warning ⚠️ This has been the worst experience. They have been abusive and aggressive towards me throughout my booking. The day before checkout she wanted cash payment and was charging me more than the official rate in cash. Then she sent some old abusive man to my room, he kicked the door open and used force to leave my door open and shouting at me at my face. I had to leave the property. I paid in cash and then had to leave early. Their abusive and aggressive behaviour is unacceptable and this property should not be on booking. I checked on google and they have a one star rating of the exact same experience. It has been terrible. The entrance is through a car park which shuts at night so it’ll be very difficult to come inside after dark. Wifi does not work
