“Located up the hill, so a struggle with the bags! However totally worth it for the view at the top out of our balcony. Lovely breakfast- they cook eggs or pancakes to order as well as having cereal/bread on offer. Super lovely and doting hosts. The bedroom was breath-taking, totally exceeded my expectations!”
“The room was clean. There were plenty of blankets and covers for the cold nights. The breakfast, consisting a roll (which could be toasted on a sandwich toaster) fried egg, jam and butter, a choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a glass of fruit (mainly banana, a slice of apple, strawberry and papaya) with a drizzle of strawberry yoghurt. There was a nice rooftop terrace with a view over the town. They had maps of the town. When the water pressure was right, the shower was hot. The hostel was only ten minutes walk to everything and away from the noisy tourist area. Plenty of hooks in bedroom and bathroom.”
“Very clean, great location in the centre of Copacabana, staff are friendly and let you store your bags free if you go to stay on one of the islands. I actually stayed twice, and the second time I was upgraded to a double room which was very comfy (the single room had a very hard, uncomfortable bed which was the only let down).”
