Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Jordandrinks prices are exaggerated. the swimming pool needs to be more cleaned as we found lots of bugs and fallen leaves floating.
generally our stay was lots of fun and comfort. the resort is very nice and highly recommended. clean and cozy . a lot of kids activities and water sports we enjoyed our time.

United KingdomI think the resort is far away from city centre and a bit isolated with very few amenities or attractions nearby.. however Zalaq Springs is wonderful and worth a visit. We found the beach menu was limited and prices were somewhat high.
Hotel had great garden, pool and gym next to beach. Rooms were well equipped and spacious and beds super comfortable. Great wifi connection around resort. Anwar on reception was wonderful as we had room issue which she resolved quickly.

Arrangement of Candle light dinner, Honey moon set up, was extraordinary... One of the wonderful moments of my life and the staff taken care of us exceptional. Mr. Mithun is really a good asset to this property as he was really professional, quick in grasping the client needs and arrange with in no time. He and his team has really served us & supported us as family and we would like to visit again and again. In addition Guest relations Ms. Arwa and receptionist Kranti are excellent including their Manager. Overall good luck to all and once again thankful to all of them for making us so happy to feel those wonderful moments..

Saudi ArabiaYou had to ask for amneties such as tooth brush. Missing signs poiting to the lobby. Floor numbering in elevators. Location is far from downtown. Conceirge was below expectation so you had to go down and show them the vallet card instead of accepting the card number over the phone
Shower and bar soap were superior . the sea view from the balcony. Reception were nicely welcoming. The Arabic coffee in lobby was very nice.

Everything. Beautiful room. Extremely professional and helpful staff. The ladies at reception were very helpful. There are nice restaurants and bars. Breakfast had a huge selection of premium food. We will definitely come back.
