The bathroom would have gained from having a shower curtain or divider to keep the water in the shower area (not a huge inconvenience though, as the bathroom space is generous).

It was a little bit of an inconvenience that the bathroom didn't have a place to hang your towel or put your toiletries close to the shower. Also water from the shower didn't go all towards the drain, probably due to incorrect floor slope, and it would still be there the next day. It would have helped to have something handy to redirect the water properly and clean the floor after showering.

The property is in a great location, very close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, big and had a double comfortable bed. The bathroom had a shower with hot water and good pressure. There was an air conditioner, and this was more than enough for heating in the period we went.

Be careful about the parking places. Even if the hotel was good enough to send us the location for their parking place, by the time we reached out destination it was already full and the old very narrow streets don't help you at all in finding a good place to park.

We liked the coziness of the room. It is a large room with a great bed, very clean and the atmosphere was great. We reached the location very late, but the host was very attentive with us.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the shower wasn't separated from the rest of the bathroom, which caused the floor in the whole bathroom a bit wet and slippery.

The host was friendly and the room was comfortable. The locality was also very nice and practical - the room was in a walking distance to the historical sites of Veliko Tarnovo, as well as many restaurants.

NO PARKING in this town!!! My car got towed, cost me 50 lv. The phones listed around the town on the very few parking lot signs are not answered. Turns out there is a different phone number used by the towing people, but no one seems to give a damn. It rained during the night and leaking water pipe /spout/ protruding from the roof was spilling water on the street below. Very loud noise as a result. Would have been nice to have longer draining pipes, so to be quieter.

We found a lots of hair on the floors, in the corners. A bunch of pubs and fingernails on the bathroom's floor. The shower was broken, 2 broken lights and the signal on tv was so poor... I've managed to get signal just for 1 channel with Bulgarian traditional music.

The furniture seemed worn and quite spartan, the bed could be more comfortable. It is an old building and you could hear evrything going on in neighboring rooms/building.

The room was spacious and clean. Location in the old town was ok, away from the busy streets. There was no reception, but the girl who let me in was friendly.
