- the private beach is a bit too far way from the hotel, and though there is a private bus that can take you there, the schedule is a bit awkard. The first bus leaves at 9:00 and the last one returns from the beach at 17:40 and it leaves every hour. If you feel like walking to/from the beach, the journey will take approximately 35-40 minutes

The Italian restaurant for which you need booking in advance, is actually pointless. Food for us was not eatable and you can see it was the same as the food from the main restaurant. Honestly the Ceaser salad was far from good and the chef doesn't have a clue what a beef carpaccio is!!

The hotel was pretty decent, great room size, staff was very polite and proactive, especially the cleaning lady Elli. She saw my wife eating crisps the next day she left us a few while stocking up the minibar. Also we got a quiet room as requested. Definitely a great place to relax.

It’s a bit hard finding empty beds at the pool, but there is also no space to add more beds so I guess nothing can be done about it.. Sometimes the fruits had no taste at all

Very accessible location, the food was good, plenty of meals to choose from. The staff was super friendly and nice. It was my mom’s birthday and they surprised her with a bottle of champagne and fruits so we really appreciated the gesture. We didn’t tell them anything, they figured it out from her ID. No issues with parking, they helped us to find an empty slot immediately.

It's a trip of about 10 minutes to the beach by walking, with stairs, and we had a stroller which we had to carry on our hands. It doesn't have a private beach.

This was not the property’s fault or the staff’s. They were all impeccable, we were just unlucky that for the first days of our stay there was a huge group of gypsies (roma ethnics) who were incredibly loud and super disrespectful and really bothered everyone. Everyone was super excited and happy when these people left. Maybe it would be good for the hotel staff to address this issue (tell them not to be so loud) when there are larger groups of people being accommodated. Whenever there is a larger group, this group tends to annoy everyone else

Very well placed in terms of not having a lot of people stroll around the parking lot. I loved the fact that the parking was guarded and that the cars were not left on the street like at some other hotels.

The pool is located between the hotels and you can enjoy the sun until 5 PM. The SPA is intended only for people who have booked over a week and have access only once during this period/person after booking at the reception. The fitness room should be slightly improved, the machines are a bit old and a little damaged.

Excellent hotel! I am very glad that I made this choice!. The staff is very attentive and polite. Exceptional and diverse food. The room is clean, score 10 for the cleaning staff, for the waiters and for all the staff. Nice activities in the evening at the stage, zumba, gym pool, fitness room a bit small and poorly equipped but excellent for those who want to exercise a little. You get 2 towels for the pool bed in the room, which are changed daily with new ones. Very close to the center if you take the stairs next to the pool. the snack bar equipped with many fruits, burgers, ice cream, cookies. In the bathroom you can find hair conditioner and body lotion. In the room you also have a minibar that is filled every day with beer, wine and something sweet. You have everything you need, you don't need any extra money except for the tip of the staff which is really worth it.

the air con did not work, they fixed it 3 times still wasn’t working. they say ultra all inclusive but they give you cheap Bulgarian alchool that tastes like diesel. their private beach is 3 km away and you have to take a bus shuttle which is inconvenient when you have a baby. their spa is not working nothing to do, one pool table and one ping pong table.

It was clean, staff very friendly, pool is nice, had a lot of food to choose from, tasty. the desserts looked fantastic but they taste the same, not good.

I lost the plastic acces card to my room and they actually charged me for a replacement. Not nice. I'm pretty sure they buy this in bulk and they are cheap, for them.

Good value for the money. When we arrived at the hotel ,for check in, they offered to give us a superior, sea view room, free of charge. We had a nice, relaxed weekend.

Some plates were dirty sometimes and the carpet from the room could have been cleaner. The desserts were not so tasty as they looked but they had a great variety of fruits

The beach was pretty far but the bus did its job, the schedule was respected. The wine had a pretty good quality and we also liked the snacks a lot and de coffee (especially from the Nescafé machine.

The location of the hotel is not the best. The beach is pretty far. We took the bus there only on the first day, at 3 p.m and of course it wasn't crowded, but the last bus at 6 p.m was full and without air conditioning. Even though there is a bar at the beach you can only drink beer or juices, the other drinks are available only at the pool or lobby bar. When you check in they explain you the current problem with the umbrellas that everyone is talking about, they only have 50 umbrellas but there are plenty of sunbeds so probably in the morning people are rushing to the beach. The rest of our stay we tried different beaches, you can go down some stairs from the hotel and walk 5 minutes until you see the first beach so it's pretty close. The price for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds was 36 leva. THE BIGEST PROBLEM in Golden Sands that no one mentioned it has nothing to do with the hotel, but please be careful. I don't know if we were unlucky or if it is like that only for a short period of time but there was an invasion of little flies at the beach, when you went out of the water they were all over you and bite you, the towels we're full of them and you couldn't enjoy your time at the beach at all even though the sand and the water are great. The anti insects spray didn't work either, and most of the people were staying far from the water on the towels because there weren't so many flies there.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. There is a large diversity of food, and everything is tasteful. The animation team is great and there are activities almost every day for both, children and adults. The pool is also great and the water is not cold at all as other people said, but even though they inform you that you aren't allowed to put your towel on the sunbed and go most of the people do that so if you don't wake up first thing in the morning is hard to fin d a place at the pool.

On the other hand, we did not like that the private beach is very far, you go with a minibus provided by the hotel, somewhere 8-10 minutes away, if you are lucky to catch it because it is always full and the schedule is not respected. If you are not at the minibus long enough to get a seat, you risk waiting another 30-40-50 minutes until another one comes, but take into account that it will be full again😃. When you get to the beach again you face a problem, you can't find a sunbed with an umbrella because their number is very limited (I think they have somewhere around 40-50 umbrellas for 300-400 people). At the bar on the beach, you can only find juice and beer and water from the sink drawn from a dispenser. They say that there is another beach nearby, but that is also quite far away, and it is a public beach with a fee, where you pay for absolutely everything, sunbed, umbrella, food, drinks, etc., so if you have an all-inclusive package, you cannot benefit from it. Besides that, the road to the beach and back is quite complicated, especially when you have to go down from the hotel to the main street about 50-60 very steep steps and then walk past the shops and restaurants until you reach the beach.

The hotel is very nice, it is more of a hotel for families with childrens, they have large and clean rooms, the staff is very kind, the food is delicious, you can't ask for more, the breakfast is super good, you have a choice, only if you are crazy, you will find something negative to say about the food. I had lunched every time on the beach where the food was also very good. You have Pizza, French fries, fruit, salads, etc. At dinner, every day there was a thematic night and again the food was very good, fresh and tasty. Instead, the drink was of poor quality, even Beer was more water than beer, and the drinks are not international at all as they say, are local drinks. My wife, on the other hand, liked the wine. You will not regret going to this hotel
