Place is amazing. Very close to everything. Large and incredibly well designed apartments, equipped with everything. Comfortable furnitures at balcony with awesome view and breeze. Exceptionally clean with daily fast and thorough cleaning and replacement. Beach and bar is very good with necessary food and drinks. Restaurant is very nice, food is very good and also is the service. One of the best 5 star hotels for last years - definitely in Bulgaria, but also internationally. Absolutely recommend it and definitely will visit it again soon.

The beautiful view of the Back Sea from our balcony! The Bohemian Decor in our apartment was so pretty and tastefully done. The hotel staff and restaurant staff made our stay a memorable one. They were all wonderfully hospitable! The food was exceptional and delicious. Being able to use the thermal pools was the best. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful hotel!

I hardly ever assign a rating of 10, however, this place really deserves it. Great, boutique style hotel with great view of the sea. Nice decoration, well maintained. Can swim in the small bay. Great breakfast, not this cheap buffet, but a la carte plus any special wishes. Staff friendly, helpful and with good sense of humor. We visited end of May, still off season, and there were only few people at the beach and no loud music.

During our second weekend evening we had to call concierge twice in order to ask them to calm the noisy kids of the restaurants guest which were playing on the hallways of Villa Chinka which by the way is advertised as "Adult Only". This happend until 12:30 a.m by the way. This is something totaly unacceptable By car accessing Villa Chinka parking place was a real adventure and we had to contact concierge which after three phone calls they amswered and provided guidance. Two rows of barriers needs to be passed in prder to reach their parking place. No road marks no indicators etc. Both smart flat tv screens from our room could not connect to Netflix and wireless display commection also was not properly operating (sound remained only on laptop :)). Internet signal acceptable but need improvement and smart tvs replaced & upgraded

Located at the Black Sea seafront Villa Chinka has its own private beach and not heated swimming pool including sunbeds and umbrellas. Own parking altough hard to find initially is included in the room price. Ac/DC Chargers can be used from the underground parking of Astor Hotel situated nearby which is part in the same group of companies/hotels. Beautifully decorated large room and architecture. Soundproof windows and walls Confortable large queen double bed with confortable medium density mattress. Restaurant inside Villa Chinka must be tried and its mediteranean food we would highly recommend to enjoy with the excellent selection of Bulgarian vines Access to Aquahouse Spa Complex nearby, walking distance, was included in our room price.

This is great hotel, small, boutique-type, with cozy and beautifully decorated spacios rooms. Very clean= There is amazing terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is delicious, made with love and high quality products!

Wow, what a nuce and comfortable place to stay. Location superbe: the Black Sea on your doorstep, staffing excellent, restaurant delicious fresh local dishes. If you are used to 5* hotels try this one for a good atmosphere aswell.

The food throughout the whole complex is poor. The Villa Chinka restaurant has very little choice for vegetarians and what they did have was tasteless. We did have a meal at the Monty which was good but Villa Chinka and the Italian restaurant on site were very disappointing. It was upsetting to see a small fish tank with lobsters crammed inside with their claws tied together in the restaurant. Totally inhumane. The pillows could be better. If we return we will bring our own.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, very quiet and luxurious. The room was a good size and we particularly liked the furniture on the terrace and sea view. Can not fault the accommodation at all and the spa nearby was super. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall we were very impressed and will return. I hope that the points below will be addressed to make it perfect!
