So there's no elevator, and once the toilet wouldn't flush, and the lights didn't work either (once, but it got resolved really quick). It's about a 20-minute walk from the slopes, so if you have a car and your own gear, you'll be fine. Otherwise, you can rent equipment from the ski schools near the slopes and just walk to and from the hotel.

Location - quiet away from the crowds. Food - was great even though the choices are limited, but we were looking forward to our meals every time. Breakfast is open 7.30 - 10am and dinner at 5.30 -8pm. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room - the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and they cleaned it every day.

The wifi! The lady gave us the password to the second wireless network but it wasn’t good either.

Friendly and helpful employees, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Delicious food, exceptionally clean and we my husband and I had an excellent time.

About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the slopes, but you know this when you book it.

- no ski shuttle - honestly it is a bit far to walk to Gondola with ski equipment. Of course you may use your car for 5 minutes driving but searching for a park spot near the lifts is also a little bit annoying when you are on holiday. I really recommend them to arrange ski shuttles.

Staff were very friendly. Very good choice of food from the breakfast and dinner buffet, different choice of food every morning and evening. Room was very warm. Nice communal area downstairs with a fire to play bored games and have a drink. Feels like a nice family run hotel, feels homely. Fresh towels every day. About a 10min walk from borovets centre where the bars/restaurants and ski slopes are located.

Old mattresses with holes in lots of dirt and dust under beds incessant barking dogs parking is tight and only a few spaces room smelled funny had to pay extra for sauna and hot tub. Hot tub price not good value. no ski locker mini bar was empty and fridge was old and rusty doorknob was difficult to unlock and not fastened properly to door wet rooms are gross, shower curtain sticks to you

Wifi wasn't very good and intermittent 4g reception. Room wasn't cleaned whilst there but bin was emptied on day 3 and towels replaced. Wasn't really an issue as plenty of towels, toiletries etc were in room

Food was excellent. Homemade, tasty and fresh ingredients. Place was very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful despite slight language barrier

Wi-fi signal was really spotty and weak at times, possibly due to room position.

It was probably a little bit of a walk away from the slopes (15 minutes), but we found it worth it for the price and food we got. The room was lovely, just unfortunately no bed (it was a sofa bed) and we had to cross the hall for our toilet/shower room. Small inconvenience really, otherwise it was lovely, a very spacious room.

I wasn't expecting much for the bargain price we got, but I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the food was. Good variety, offering local Bulgarian food, as well as food more familiar to British tourists. The staff were always helpful, and they even offered to make us an early breakfast before our departure to the airport. Stellar service.

The only negatives really are the matrassen as they are quite bad and the thin walls as you can hear everything next door.

We loved the food and were very pleasantly surprised. The price of the stay was really quite cheap, so we were not expecting the food to be as good as it was. The hotel feels really cosy and there is plenty of places to sit and the rooms are clean and showers are good.

• No curtains in the bedroom, although windows were smallish and high up so maybe that is why • Would be quite a trek with skis or snowboard if you don't have a car or lift... prob 20 mins and quite uphill.

I was only there for one night and I think I got a special deal so it seemed very good value for money... • Gorgeous traditional local style interiors with lot's of wood and cozy details • Apartment on top floor, brilliantly spacious with large lounge area and two sofas around a fireplace • Large bed, comfy mattress and details • Breakfast and dinner included • Quiet location in the bottom end of the resort, among trees • Excellent bathroom and seperate toilet • Breakfast quite basic quality but ample and plenty of protein!

The lady in the dining area was very very nice, and dining area and the food were excelent. Enough space in our room. Generally the stuff was nice, and helpfull a lot. The common area is comfy and warm.

The hosts/staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a great variety of home-made dishes for breakfast and dinner, and the staff is approachable if you want to try something specific. Both my friend and I were pleased by the stay.

There are some things that can be improved: The mattresses are quite old and not very comfortable to sleep on. In the bathroom toilet paper holder is behind your back, which is not convenient to use. The shower curtain is too close and you are stuck with it when bathing. There were only 2 small shampoo packs for 2 people, for 3 nights stay. The towels were clean but very old.

Great location. Perfect аrеа for long walks. Close to ski slopes. Quiet area. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and diner with great variety to choose from. Clean room with shared balcony and nice view.

Not enough parking places, also in the morning before breakfast that starts at 8 I would have liked to get a coffee from the bar but there was nobody there before 8.Also from my point of view the bed was very unconfortable even for only 3 nights I got back pain all over.Also the location is pretty far to the lifts so you need to drive there if you want to ski.

Food was good and room was clean.Decent prices for extra coffee wine.
