Stayed many times before. Room is always cram and owners very friendly and helpful. Lovey location close to the best restaurants in town, and handy for shops, Sound and Light production etc.

If you have a car there is a parking but it's not easy to park and get out of it because cars are blocking it most of the times. The room didn't have a hair dryer.

In the old city, with private parking, quite hard to reach the location if you walk with heavy bags.

The street is narrow and somewhat steep, so keep that in mind if your car is big. A small fridge would come in handy. While we were out, someone entered the room and removed something they had left on the balcony - without asking for our approval. Everything we had left in the room was still there when we came back, but we still think no one should have entered while we were away.

No elevator, but understandable because it is a tiny house. It was a real challenge to find a parking place.

It is located very close to the city center. Quality / Price rate is very high ! Host was very kind, and he uses a modern translator device.

A hairdryer in the room would be nice for guests, and the free parking is very tight on the narrow street. Otherwise all good.

Lovely clean room with a balcony. Central location and very close to shops, restaurants and all the tourist sites. Staff are very pleasant. Not sure if they speak English because I speak Bulgarian, but found them helpful and friendly.

Central location, with balcony and air conditioning, excellent position and right price !!! Access to the equipped kitchen, refrigerators, coffee and / or dining area, coffee maker, kettle.

Loud turkish music from a car untill the midnight, and people speaking and laughing louder also, disturbing the other tourists from this hotel. My luck was that my room was on the other side of the building, so the noise was not so powerful to us.

Very polite and helpful hosts at the phone first and at the location later, especially the very nice and funny gentelman who did the check-in and took me to the Varusha Dom 3 location, he wasn't speaking english, but has a phone translator and did the best to understand each other, and gave me all the details about de visiting directions and a big city map. The whole Varusha Dom 3 building and the rooms were newly furnished, smelling like new, the room was very clean with new bed sheets and towels, very comfortable with a small balcony facing the old village, a led tv with many bulgarian and english speaking channels, the bathroom was big enugh, very clean and also newly refurbished. For the next visit, i will stay here for sure, thank you people!

1. There is a problem with the parking, it’s on a tiny Street So it’s quite difficult to Park there. 2. There is no Fridge in the room, it is in the hall. 3 Nobody speaks English, it was great that we had a Russian speaker in our group, and they Could understand each other.

It was really clean, had air conditioning. The room had 4 single beds. So it is perfect for a Family with children. It is Close to the city center.

I wrote this review because I think people should be informed correctly: the accommodation is at a different address than the one mentioned in the booking (I attach the picture), which is a villa at the top of a steep street. The price was low, but also unjustified for an accommodation that is not in the center, without breakfast, with basic facilities, non-separate shower over toilet, a small refrigerator in the hallway to be used by several rooms. I shared to the host my opinion on the misinformation regarding the address, he told me that the room could have been changed, but, it should be mentioned that he replied to my WhatsApp message after 3 days. He told me that "According to the general conditions of the booking.com site, a distance of up to 400 m from the objects does not need to be announced separately". Not even if there is a 400 m difference in level ??

1) the facility provided no information on parking my car, as a result, the check in procedure was eventually very difficult 2) the accommodation was in fact provided at a different place/location than they advertise, the place was more distant and uphill from centre 3) they did not clean my room at all (not even even single time) during my 4 night stay 4) the facility is called hotel, however, they do not provide usual services like laundry wash, nor do they help find the service elsewhere
