The place is a little hard to find as there is no sign. Just look for the street number and phone number on the gate - I wandered in and someone came out to greet me.

This place is on a quiet street at the lower end of Bansko, away from the Gondola and near the old town. There is a cheap supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. The room was sparkling clean, warm and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen with seating area, fridge, hob,cooking equipment and microwave. The shared bathroom is Bulgarian style - toilet and shower all in one wet room. The water was always hot and the pressure very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. TV in the room with hundreds of channels, some in English like CNN and Euronews.

A wonderful hotel in which I would repeat with pleasure! Price-quality ratio, there is nothing more to be desired, very helpful, adequate and smiling staff who greet you at the reception, free parking option, good location, incredibly warm and quiet room (a the day was quite cold outside )! Uniquely clean bathroom, toilet and room that can compete with many 4* star hotels !

The toilet is a bit small and the shower doesn't have doors, also the air extractor has a funny noise.

This is a fantastic place very good located, all the common areas are so clean and smell good. We had a double room with a balcony with an awesome view to the mountains, the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice temperature, we arrived late in the night and the staff helped us to get the room without problems. Highly recommended, we will back.

It was about a 15-20 min walk to the centre or ski lift, but very doable (:

The place was super clean and warm, and very welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights and even got a change of sheets/towels halfway through! The staff were very lovely and accommodating. There are 2 kitchen, a small kitchen with just a fridge/kettle and microwave, and a large kitchen with everything- so best of both worlds!

It was very cozy and spacious enough even with a baby cot. The place was warm and clean. It had everything needed in the shared kitchen which was also very clean. The host was very nice and friendly she helped us with everything. The place is perfect no matter if you are with friends or family! I definitely recommend it!

A little bit of noise because the room have 2 doors to different corridors.

+ it was clean + good beds + location + it was 28 - 30 C outside but in the room air was fresh and it were comfortable to stay Parking was on the road, but it is a road with very low traffic. It's safe in Bansko. In Bansko bathrooms are of Mediterranean style and this wasn't exception. Some people will find the bathroom small but from our experience in this city, it's of medium size ;) The common kitchen was on the first floor. There you can also find the fridge, washing machine and everything else. Good place to buy food is Bila market and Sunday bazar

The WiFi in my room was sometimes weak and unstable, a lot of disconnections. It was OK in the corridor and the small kitchen. Pay attention: The five rooms at the top floor don't have private bathrooms, but two shared ones in the corridor. They are kept clean, and are comfortable. When you make your reservation, if the room title doesn't specifically say private or shared - read carefully the room description and see if "private bathroom" is mentioned.

I stayed there for a month. great location - quite street, there is a grocery shop and a supermarket nearby, and it's only 7-10 min walk from the center (Pirin st.). The place has 2 very comfortable and well equipped kitchen and dining place, the rooms and the public places are very clean and pleasant. It shows that the place is well kept and well managed by the nice and kind family who lives there. It is really a great guest house, I enjoyed my staying there.

Nice location, not far from the centre. The room was very clean with nice and new furnishings. There was also a nice little garden, shared kitchen and barbecue options.

During our 2 nights stay, Internet got disconnected twice and had to call the owner to have it fixed, which was problematic. Also, the room was on the top floor and it was very hot there with no ac or ventilator, made it a bit difficult. In the kitchen there was no stove, only microwave so you cant really cook there.

Clean. Hot water in the shower. We could do loundry for no extra charge and prepare simple meals in the common kitchen.

Can't think of a thing!

Great location - on a quiet street, close to the old town with a good supermarket very nearby. My room had great views and was very comfy and there was a handy (basic) kitchen which proved really useful. Everything is spotless and very well maintained. The owners were really kind and patient and answered all my queries (I have no Bulgarian) and were very helpful.

it was great that it had heating but had to turn it down cause it go so hot you couldn’t sleep. Also I wasn’t a big fan of the shared bathroom because it was a wet room so it was hard to get changed after you had a shower.

Everything was perfect.

The photos don't do this place justice! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and very warm - exactly what you want from a mountain resort hotel. The hosts are very kind and the WiFi work well. The bathrooms are shared, but there is more than one bathroom in every floor so it feels like the bathroom is private. Everything is super clean, spacious, and bright. There is a small kitchen that guests can use and a washing machine that can be used free of charge if you have washing capsules. Overall, we had a great stay - definitely good value for money!

Not that close from the lift and 10min from centre

We had everything we needed. Supermarket is very close. TV channels to watch pretty much everything that you possibly want. Extremely clean.

It was great. Excellent location, super clean, nice temperature inside. Bed was comfortable, and the room size was more than enough. Shared bathroom was cleaned at least three times a day even when there were only 4 people on our floor, including us. Great wifi. The kitchen has no stovetopbut we managed to make our dinner in the microwave.

The hosts are very nice and welcoming, the rooms and beds are confy, if you opt for the balcony you have a direct view on the Pirin mountains. Very very very good value for money Big plus, they let us leave our bags for one night when we went to hike and sleep in the mountains. Would definitely come back again! Their English is a bit limited, but with smiles and Google Translate everything is possible :)
