We were 3 people and there was not comfortable on the old sofa, the floor wasn't mopped properly ,the cups or glasses were let us to clean ourselves.

The view, size of the room, balconies, quiet, and it was directly in front ofthe beach. Wardrobe, tables, fridge, lots of storage. Breakfast was delicious, a big choice

Regata is a cozy and very comfortable family hotel perfectly located just in front of the beach. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and amiable.

struggled to find late at night, also the breakfast was not to our taste, however it was very fresh and the coffee was good, just not a fan of cold meats and cheese

Despite the serious efforts of the staff there were few drawbacks. Some of them can be corrected, some others unfortunately not. The hotel has many rooms and there is only one elevator. If there is a workload the delay may be longer than you expect. The breakfast was ok but there is a space for improvement. For example the omelet was good and fresh but not warm because it was stored (served) in a platter and not in a double boiled pan (bain-marie) in order to keep it warm for longer time. I am sure that they can fix this easily. The hotel does not provide parking. If someone wants to travel to Pomorie by car it's better to book a hotel with parking. Otherwise he is going to face a madness to find a parking.

It' s a nice hotel with a magnificent sea's view. I booked the junior suite and I was really satisfied . The staff made serious efforts to serve us. The distance from the beach is less than one minute.

The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower cabbin, so after a shower all the floor is wet and there's nothing in the room to dry it faster. There's only soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. No slippers.

A very good family hotel, the view from the balconies is exceptional. Welded buffet with many cold and hot dishes of quality.The hotel restaurant with a wide range of fish dishes and Bulgarian and international menus.Beach arranged 20 m from the hotel. Parking in front of the hotel free of charge.Very jumpy and attentive staff from the manager, receptionist, waiters, maids. We hope to return next year.

Smell in the room (like antiques shop). Kettle is provided but nowhere to plug it in, had to place it on the bin by the wall. Phone not working. Awkward furniture in the room, not fit for purpose. Shower floods whole bathroom with no way to dry it apart from lining it all with towels. Uncomfortable furniture in the balcony. Rooms not well sound insulated. I could neighbours showering as it was in my room. Despite it all, we have enjoyed our stay on the last 2 days in Bulgaria. Pomorie is definitely better than Sunny Beach in terms of friendliness and authenticity.

The hotel has a lot of drawbacks: First of all there was only one girl at the reception who said „hi” and smiled. All the others, not only never greeted anybody but also never responded to our „hello”. The same with the restaurant staff. Something that made me very negative to the hotel was that when we went to the hotel restaurant and said hello one girl truned around and bagan to talk with another staff member. I noticed that she (the thinest girl in the hotel) did the same with other guests! Disgusting!!! She was far too busy with doing her hair to be nice! The restaurant itself is in a horrible condition: LOTS of spiderwebs on the ceiling, not cleaned in the morning, often lack of juice for 2 days. The room itself was spacious and quite nice. With a good seaview. We didn’t need cleaning every day but the day we needed it - the cleaner never came, although the reception lady said she would. The other day we had to go and ASK the cleaning lady to do our room!!!!! And imagine that: she only took the dirty sheets, didn’t bother to put the clean ones (well yes, she had been tipped). The shower basin has not been cleaned either! Stains on the floor, a lot of sand in the room. The huge windows have not been cleaned in ages and the hotel itself is like from the 80s. We have seen the hotel owners: they have their own pictures on the walls so when you wait for the lift (looooonggggg) you just look at the pictues of the owners in Egypy, Cambodia and other palces… but the owners NEVER said hello either! Never asked a question how we liked our stay. No wonder staff is the same. All in all, I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all There was a blood on the floor since we came and it stayed not washed until our last day 🤮
