1. The shower located in the bathroom without separation or cabin. Not so comfortable if you plan to stay more than one night. 2. Didn't like the entrance which is actually steel roller shutters as used in garages / stores. Both things are not so understandable from the pictures provided.

The room is comfortable and well equipped. Found the place easily. Everything was clean. Ten minutes from the airport. Close to big supermarket. Lots of parking around. Good value for your money.

- small bathroom but there was plenty of hot water - some small kitchen tools should be added to be fully equipped - beautiful curtains but are hard to be moved if you need fresh air

Everything was good. Just one remark about the bathroom. shower equipment is installed in the toilet room, which is not entirely convenient. If you stay for one day, it is tolerable, if for a longer period of time, you will experience inconvenience.

Apartment situated close to shopping center The Mall and 10 minutes by car from Sofia airport. It was clean and tidy. It was very easy to come in by self check-in.

The bathroom/shower was super small/tight. Everything was flooded after you shower, you couldn’t use the bathroom for hours after and there was a leak on the door, so water would leak into the kitchen floor. There were no bathroom toiletries. We ended up washing our bodies and hair with ikea liquid hand soap. Blankets would also be helpful. Even though it was summer, covering yourself with just a sheet is not comfortable.

Location was convenient. Access was easy. Clean and new, trendy decor and furniture, spacious rooms. The owner was very responsive (we had several questions) and accommodating when we asked for a bit later check out time.

Do not expect any luxury here, WC with shower is *very* simple here but ok for one night.

Overnight stay for airport transfer. It's short bus trip from Sofia airport. Spacious, clean and very simple apartment with fully automatic check-in. It is a former shop on ground floor at the end of street. The Mall (big one) is ten minutes walk.

I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at Flower House, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I walked in, I couldn't help but notice the thick layer of dust that seemed to have settled on every surface. It was as if the cleaning staff hadn't touched the place in months. The overall cleanliness was appalling, and I couldn't even breathe properly without inhaling a lungful of dust. We discovered food, resembling dog food, underneath the sofa. This residence should not be referred to as an apartment; it seems to have been transformed from a storage area or shop into living space. Please be aware that the apartment lacks real windows. Instead, there is a display case that should be closed during the night (see attached photos). The shower situation was equally disappointing. There isn't a dedicated shower in this location; instead, the shower consists of a pipe situated in the toilet area. Within a few minutes, you'll find yourself with a "pool" forming inside the toilet, as the water fails to drain properly. To add insult to injury, the apartment suffered from frequent power outages - operating the washing machine and electric stove simultaneously is not possible as it will result in a power failure in the kitchen. I can't fathom how an accommodation could be so ill-equipped to handle such basic necessities as electricity. The lack of amenities and comfort left me questioning the value for money. I had expected a basic level of cleanliness and functionality. Needless to say, I would strongly advise booking to remove this apartment from the list. Save yourself the disappointment and find an establishment that prioritizes hygiene, functionality, and basic amenities. A single image speaks volumes, conveying more than a thousand words - Simply glance at the picture, and everything will become clear.

It is not apartment but a store converted to apartment, meaning glass walls on ground floor and blinder/garage door for feeling safe. No internet at all during our stay of one day.

It is not really a complain but things that could be improved: In case of a longer stay, the bathroom is not very comfortable (it is actually a shower installed above the sink at the WC); The lack of easy openable windows for refreshing the air, so we had to use the entrance door(there was a high located not easy to open window).

Perfect location, easy to find, contactless check in/ check out, ground floor easy access; very clean and ready made beds, clear instructions. It is perfect for a 1-2 nights or stay before a flight because it is just about 10 min from the airport by car. It is walking distance from a Mall & HoReKa. Actually it is a ground floor commercial property or retail space turned into an apartment but it makes it very easy to access directly from the street especially if you carry large luggage. I recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

I regret to inform you that the shower is unreasonably small and integrated into the toilet area, making it impossible for me to take a comfortable shower. Additionally, the fact that the apartment was converted from a store means that it lacks privacy unless the garage door is closed, which is a significant inconvenience
