The room I rented, with a double bed, was not clean. I got another room but with twin beds. The room is not soundproof, we could hear the neighbor in the room next to us.

The food from the own greek restaurat is very good.

No cleaning of the room for 4 days. Old furniture, carpet with spots, no mini bar in the room. The personnel could be more smiley and kind.

The pool access was super expensive. I was disappointed since there were so many other hotels I could choose that had it for free.

Swimming pool was 25leva extra, hour walk to centre. (15min Taxi) Drinks at the hotel were expensive and didn’t see any pubs or restaurants in the area.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Supermarket and large shopping Mall nearby.

There was no buffet breakfast the first morning, we were told there were not many residents at the hotel. However, there was a buffet breakfast the following 2 days/the rest of our stay.

On the second morning the scrumbled eggs and the fried eggs were totally cold in the breakfast buffet. The carpets were quite dusty in the whole hotel, one of us who suffers from allergy felt it badly.

Spacious rooms, nice and well equipped. Easy parking, helpful reception. The greek restaurant in the hotel was fabulous, we had dinner there. Breakfast on our first morning was from a menucard, huge portions and very tasty. On the second morning there was buffet breakfast, with lot of options to choose from.

The room was not cleaned properly, since we found some hair, little crumbs on the floor and one of the towels was stained. Furthermore, the facilities were not fully functioning, as advertised. For example, the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was served until 10:00, and even though we have paid for it, at 09:50, it was no longer available for us. Finally, the location is really not good. Better opt for something closer to the center.

Our room was big, and comfortable. The parking gave us a sense of security. The stuff was very friendly and polite.

Upon our arrival, the staff on reception was extreamly unfriendly. Due to her personal issues she achieved to transfer her bad mood over us. Firstly, she didnt stop asking to pay her (we talk about momenths within our arrival with our luggages in our hands). She was in a bad mood all the time. Once we finally went to see our rooms we discovered that of them smelled like cigarettees either from the guests before us or from staff. We complained at reception and thankfully she changed this room with another one but the new one had problems with the halo lights. We mentioned this to staff but it didn't get fixed whilenwe were there. Overall, we're very disappointed with this hotel and won't stay there again.

A quality hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, walk in shower. Friendly staff. Segafredo espresso machine in the room. Good location, especially with a car. If on foot the metro is only a 15 min walk. The fun Quartal district is just a couple of minutes away.

The girl at the reception was extremely rude, every exchange with her was very unpleasant. I paid the room for two people (my boyfriend and myself), there was only one coffee, one tea, one very small bottle of water. The jacuzzi was not working. The bathroom sink was not very clean, and the kitchen in the studio was absolutely empty. Not even one single piece of cutlery was provided (not even a spoon for coffee/tea).

Nice place, the room was big and comfortable, nice bathroom and big balcony. They have a small but nice swimming pool and gym.
